Rated 5 out of 5 by Does Not Eliminate but Greatly Improves Unsightly Stained Faces I LOVE this product. I am still in the process of figuring out what is causing my maltese pup's tear stains, and in the meantime, this product improves the stains enough that I can live with them. I apply this product once a day. This product: -removes crustiness completely -lightens existing stains from a dark brown to a pinky-red -makes pup's face smell amazing How I apply: -I apply a very small dollop of product on a wet cotton round -I rub the cotton round all over the stained areas -I wait about 3 minutes then I remove the product from my dog's face with a wet wash cloth -Last, I blow dry my dog's face dry Note: It took a couple months, lots of treats, and so very much patience to get my little baby to sit still for the application, but now it takes 7 minutes at most for the whole process. Chewy sells this product for the lowest price I have seen anywhere. May 31, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by Didn't work for my 2 blonde Havanese I've used TropiClean Spa Facial Scrub for about a month and one of the girls tear staining is the worse that I have ever seen on her. The other one never stained a lot but some. Her tear staining is about the same as it was before using TropiClean. I am throwing away the product. June 18, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product I bought this product for my 6 month old Maltese puppy, and It works great. You may want gently use a flea comb to brush out debris from tear staining. The product is not harmful as my vet read label. No harsh chemicals that would be harmful to your pup. May 26, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for tear stains Again I love Spa products. This face wash works great on tear stains and can be used frequently. I do dilute for my pup. I use this for his face and the Whitening Shampoo for brightness. Both are gentle on my Bichons sensitive skin and smell amazing. I am a new puppy mom and these products make grooming a pleasure. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great facial wash I've been using this for about two weeks and I've noticed a difference in my puppy's tear stains. Great product! April 4, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great facial scrub This is a great shampoo for your dogs face. Smells great and keeps them smelling fresh for awhile. Other shampoos just don't seem to clean as well. We have a Schnauzer with a beard and it gets smelly from her food and from her rooting in the dirt. TropiClean Spa Facial does the trick and gets her beard smelling nice. No weird smelling beard after a facial scrub. This product does not have any kind of grit so its not really a scrub. I just works very well and cleans your dogs face. It is very concentrated so a little goes a long way. If you use too much you'll have to rinse a lot to get all of the soap out. Also try to avoid eye contact as it will still irritate your eyes. I tested it and it still burns if you get it in your eyes but not as bad as some others. December 14, 2015
