  • Problem Solved!!!

I've been battling fleas something fierce this year!! I had done several treatments of the Frontline and Adantage on all 3 of my girls (1 medium size dog & 2 indoor only cats) and as well as using knock out spray that I normally get from my Vet. I was on here doing some research as to what I could possibly try to win this war that I was battling. I read the reviews for this and thought what the heck let's try this and see what happens. I already use a natural shampoo on Bella that has the Clove in it and she absolutely loves it. So I received this yesterday and sprayed everything from Bella to the carpets to anywhere that she layed. • Love this spray!

We had a flea problem last summer so bad that I am neurotic when it comes to fleas. I see one flea, and it's game on! In addition to putting the monthly treatments on the animals, I love the fact that I can also use this flea spray. And because I am neurotic about it, it's nice that I can spray this stuff not only on the animals, but on the carpets, furniture, etc. It is all natural and has a great smell, which is nice for my family, who, unfortunately, get caught in the middle of my neurosis.

  • Great alternative to spot on products!

I've been using Vet's Best for years and can't say enough good things about it. I hate putting topicals on my dogs and many simply don't work. Vet's Best always does. Works great on humans too. My husband used to work in the apartment industry and would have to enter units infested with fleas. Once he started spraying this on his shoes, socks, and legs, fleas would jump onto him and die before his eyes. The only down side, if you're used to monthly products, is that you need to reapply every few days or before taking your dog to a place where fleas and ticks are likely to be. Still a better option than topicals.

  • Great stufff

These products work great for our short haired boxer mix. I wipe him down daily starting early in the season and so far so good. I use the home spray on his bed and carpet around it. The other body spray is good to use along with the wipes if you have a large dog. I rewet the wipe with it so i only need to use 1 wipe daily. Only drawback is that i did spray a tick found on my husbands shirt with it and it did not die. Company should state it repels ticks, not that it kills them.

  • A must!!!!!

Rudy my golden loves / appreciates this spray! Not only did it protect him from ticks in the deep woods of Maine, it also protected his human!!! It worked so well that Rudy celebrated with a Bully Stick (also bought from Chewy) after his hike. The scent is light and all the ingredients are safe! I would highly recommend this product for any pet and their owner.

  • Works but needs frequent replenishment

I have a large buff colored Afghan hound so ticks show up easily. I live on the coast of Maine with a very high density population of deer ticks. My dog runs free in the woods around the house. I use a monthly liquid topical for tick & Flea control ( a generic Frontline plus) but over the past couple of years it doesn't work as well. I have been using this Vet's Best spray primarily as a repellent as opposed to 20% deet. It has a pleasant odor and the dog doesn't seem to mind it. I spray it on his chest underside and legs. This spray is not perfect but has cut down the number of ticks dramatically ( from about 25 a day to about 5). Its affect doesn't last long, perhaps 2 hrs. before it needs I have a large buff colored Afghan hound so ticks show up easily. • Super happy wife

I hate to say this but I figured its good information to share. We recently helped out a family in need and sadly when they moved in to one of rent homes the beds they brought with them, I had noticed small bugs. I did some research and freaked out cause they were bedbugs. So not only does this product kill fleas and ticks it also kills bedbugs on contact. We sprayed the kids beds every other night and noticed less and less. I am so glad I invested in this product.

  • Works! But must like the smell of cloves

    By on

Listen, there are worst things to smell like. This spray happens to smell like cloves which reminds me of my grandfather so I like it. I sprayed down the couches, the dogs' beds and the actual dogs before anytime we head out for an adventure. They haven't had a tick on them since! Granted, I've had a few ticks on the wall or the rug but not on my dogs! So this spray is a win. The smell dies down after a day or two so just hang in there...it's definitely worth it.

  • Smells great, so far so good

After finding the first tick of the season on my dog, I bought this in addition to the usual flea and tick medication. Neither dog likes to have this sprayed on but I use it on their blankets and towels and also on our couch. I'll spray on my lower pant legs when I go out in the yard. So far so good and I really enjoy the smell. It freshens up that doggy smell.
