Give your best pal a reason to smile with Virbac’s C.E.T.® VEGGIEDENT® Tartar Control Chews for Dogs! Virbac’s C.E.T. products are the #1 recommended dental brand by veterinary professionals, so you can feel good about treating your pooch. Plus, C.E.T VeggieDent chews are highly palatable and vegetable-based, making them perfect for picky pups and dogs who suffer from allergies! These awesome chews work with a dog’s chewing action to freshen breath, reduce plaque and decrease tartar.
Patented Z- shape improves chewing action and makes it easier for dogs to grasp.
Highly palatable taste makes it easy to administer.
Made without any animal based ingredients, VeggieDent chews are a delicious vegetarian dental chew.
Freshen breath, reduce plaque and decrease tartar formation all in one treat.
Give your dog at least one chew daily or as directed by a veterinarian, to reduce plaque and calculus. The oral hygiene benefit of these chews can only be achieved by adequate chewing action. Gulping whole chews will reduce the efficacy and can be harmful to your dog. This product is intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only.
I have a mini dachshund which I gave the medium size ones to and it is perfect for him, he gnaws on it and I can see improvement in his teeth. However, I also have a standard dachshund who basically eats the large size ones in 4 bites. It would appear that the large ones are just longer but not thicker or denser. I need something like this that occupies him longer than 2 minutes, but isn't rawhide.

My dog Sadie loves these chews - she gets one at noon each day, and she'll actually bolt up from a nap and come get me when it's time for them. Sadie is blind now, but you wouldn't know it when she's chewing the VeggieDent - she senses where it's at, and holds it securely with her paws and chews it til it's all gone. It's keeping her teeth in great shape. I wouldn't be without them.
Good deal for tartar control!

I have used Greenies in the past and they have gotten so high, when you buy for 3 big dogs, that I decided to give the CET VeggieDent ones a try. My dogs love them and chew them into little pieces and take their time and their teeth whitened up very well. I am impressed with these and will continue to buy them. Thanks Chewy for great prices!
Love these ... and so do the pups

Finding the VOHC-approved seal can be difficult ... and costly. I was looking for a dental treat that was a little less expensive than Greenies when my vet recommended these. My German shepherd and corgi love them. And they do a great job at keeping the tartar at bay, especially for the corgi, who tends to accumulate plaque quickly.

I am starting early with my 5 month old puppy to help keep her teeth clean and tartar free. She loves these chews and they do double duty because they help with her constant desire to chew! I break them in half and give her one a day.
Great taste but HIGH calorie
on Aug 16, 2017
I bought these from Chewy because the implication was that they are 3 kcal per chew (stick). That's incorrect. The calorie count is 3.4 kcal /gram, and each chew is 35 grams. That makes each chew 119 calories!

This product is sold in the office of Bella's vet. I prefer giving her these healthy chews vs a rawhide chew. I know it might cost a little more than rawhide chews, but it gives me peace of mind to give her something that is healthy for her and her system.
My Dogs Love Them!

I will definitely be buying VeggieDent Dog Chews again. They smell a little funky to me, but the dogs think they smell (and taste) great!! Glad I found these on Chewy.com.

My dog loves these veggie dent chews. My vet recommended them and my dog gets one daily ever since. She will sit next to the bag and wait for me to give her the daily dental chews.

Our dog LOVES these/ and they don't cause any unwanted digestive problems. Too soon to tell about improvements to her teeth, but our pooch gives the taste 2 paws up!!
