Switching puppy to this formula and so far so good. He loves it, and his system seems to be handling it very well. While he loved the old dog food, his stools were mostly soft (consistency of soft serve) and too frequent (4-5 times/daily). Since introducing this formula and topping with TruDog Raw Boost, his stools have firmed up and are down to 2-3 BMs daily!

After looking at what food was offered for Puppies. Wellness is made with real ingredients and made in the USA. Checked those other labels some say ingredients from all over the world where they don't meet our strict guidelines. Wellness has food that will grow with the needs of your dog. My puppy loves it! Thanks Chewy for auto ship and free delivery. I'm a happy customer!

I have been feeding my dogs wellness dog food for over 10 years after the last dog food had a major recall to where now pet stores don't sell it. We got our dogs off of purina bc it abt killed one of my dogs.

  • Great quality but not so appealing

My 6 months miniature poodle is a picky eater. We've tried Wellness puppy small breed (he barely touched it), then we switched to Blue Wilderness puppy and he didn't liked it also (not so great ingredients neither), now we're on Wellness Complete Health, if I mix it with wet food, he will go for half of it right away. But if I leave it by itself, he will sniff and make a sneezing noise or strong sigh then walk away. He will go all day without touching it at all. Only time he'll eat it without wet food is when he is super starving. I really love the ingredients in Wellness, but if my pup won't eat it, I will eventually have to find another brand that is more appealing to him once we finish with My 6 months miniature poodle is a picky eater. My puppy loves this food. I also add a little of the Wellness canned food which she also loves. I feel this a healthier choice for my pup.

  • My 5 month old puppy loves it

    By on

I was concerned for changing since our 5 month old cavachon puppy liked his old dry food, but when he got bored with his old food I started looking for a replacement. Based from great reviews I went and bought this. Our puppy loved it right away and his stools are a lot better too! Highly recommend

  • my puppy really likes this food

My golden doodle puppy has a sensitive stomach and was on prescription food for a few weeks, but he stopped eating it. He used to eat all his food at once and all of the sudden he would just walk away from the bowl without eating a bite. We decided to try Wellness and he's been eating so much better and hasn't had any signs of tummy troubles. He eats all his food now.

  • Great for him, but he won't eat it

    By on

I got this for my 3 month old bulldog because of the great ingredients and reviews. Shipping was extremely fast and easy but my puppy won't eat the stuff! He was being fed pedigree before I got him so maybe he has a thing for garbage lol 3 stars because I think it's great for him but I don't want the little guy to starve!

  • Excellent food

My trainer recommend the Wellness brand and my puppy has done wonderful on this. I am grateful that Chewy.com carries this. It is less expensive than the pet store. I just have to figure out how long it takes her to eat, then I will put on a monthly shipment. Thank you.

Our vet and dog trainer had this food on their healthy dog food list. Our puppy doesn't seem like she loves the food . She does eat it gradually. Not sure if I'll get the same kind next time. But I feel good knowing she isn't eating junk
