I switched over from Diamond Natural to Wellness (both were recommended by vet but my dog got sick of Diamond). He had very soft stool in the beginning, which I chalked it up to be a product of adjusting his food. He's been on Wellness for about a month now, but after ruling out all other factors, I stopped feeding it to him (still have around 1/4 of the bag left..) and switched over to soft food for the time being and haven't had issues with soft stool since! I think food works on an individual basis especially for pups with their sensitive stomachs.

We have 2 eight month old Lab/Boxer mix puppies. I was looking for a healthy, protein-based food for them that was healthy, but also reasonably priced. They LOVE this food! I also signed up for the auto-ship (which I didn't know was available!), so now I don't have to go out and buy a 30 pound bag of dog food, AND received a discount by using auto-ship! It's delivered to us!

It seems that our Golden puppy (now 14 weeks old) likes all the Wellness brand food we have presented him. We started with a different brand high quality food but he did not eat everything and even vomited after a few weeks of that product. Since he's been on Wellness food he eats all and appears to be happy with his food - he leaves nothing in the bowl!!

I just set up this recurring delivery of dog food, and as usual with Chewy, it arrived quickly, with no damage. I am very happy with their company and nobody beats their delivery speed!

Both of my dogs eat Wellness. I love the food and both have gorgeous coats and are very healthy. I rotate through the protein options to avoid allergy issues and my dogs have no issues switching between them. My 10.5 year old Dalmatian is extremely active, healthy and has no arthritis. A combination I think of good genes and diet! Even better than the food is Chewy's amazing service and super fast delivery! I will never purchase our pet supplies anywhere else! A++

I have a two month old pitbull and the vet recommended Wellness although I had read he should be on a grain-free diet. I decided to listen to the professional. My poor pup had an upset stomach for days, he would eat it but it caused one messy disaster. I'm sticking to grain free. Not for my breed.

I was a bit hesitant to order online at first, but decided to give it a try. I finally realized i was spending 20 to 25% more each month than I need to buying at the big pet store.
So made the purchase at Chewey. Initially I expect the delivery would be one week or more, but they are much faster than that. I think I ordered Sunday night and the dog food was here on Tuesday.
Getting the extra % off for setting up autoship is nice also. They let you pick the frequency you want the food ship (I'm getting 30 pounds every 6 weeks for my 7 month old Lab). And, you can change the shipping frequency at any time - so not locked in if I start to end up with more than I need.
Great experience, saved a lot of money and have already recommended to a half-dozen people at the local dog park.

This was my first order with Chewy.com. The package arrived on time. The box was intact, but when I opened it, the bag of dog food had a 3" ragged opening with tiny chew marks and there were a couple of pieces of kibble in the carton. It had been opened by mice!
As my puppy has not had his lepto shots yet, I didn't want to even take the chance that the food was ok. I called Chewy and T.J. provided great customer service, refunding my money and sending a replacement bag immediately. I am willing to order again from Chewy because of the good customer service. I would have given 5 stars, but someone in the warehouse or shipping department should have caught that the bag was open, so 4 stars it is.
My Standard Poodle pup is growing like a weed on the Wellness Large Breed Puppy Food.
