My four cats and two dogs are crazy for this. They are on a mainly raw diet and I try and give them different formulas in case I ever have to change them. I was hesitant to try this but even my most finicky cat was trying to get his paw in the bag. I mix in a little salmon oil when making gravy with it and they eat up whatever I'm serving, even if it's raw duck which they don't love, but with a bit of this they clean their bowls.

My cats ate it once.....but then refused to touch it thereafter.
The product is probably fine, but not useful if my cats won't even let me use it as a topper/mixed with other food.

I purchased this to start adding some raw nutrition on top of our grain free kibble and wet food. All four of our cats seem to really like it, so will continue to let them adjust to it.
Very high protein with some fruits and veggies, no junk!

Our pets (1 dog and 4 cats) love all the Wysong products and I love that they are manufactured in the USA and so very healthy for the pets. I give a small amount of the Archetype food to our dog and 2 of our cats everyday. They love it. It's like a treat for them. Unfortunately, the cats want to eat it dry. I'd prefer to moisten it so they get the much-needed water in their diets but at least they eat it. I like that it contains raw food and their beautiful shiny coats speak volumes about their health.

Nutritionally, I am pleased, as I am mixing the powder into my ferrets moist food with salmon oil and egg yolk to create a mush they are doing very well on as I move them to eating raw. Carnivores don't need chia seeds and other nonsense in their food however, so that could be done without.
The lumps in processing seems lazy - either create a powdered food or create some sort of regular sized lumps. So I end up smashing the product into powder in the bag using a rolling pin. Tedious.

My furry kids love, love , love these quail treats. They now meow as soon as they see the bag. I use them as treats and sometimes sprinkle it on top of their food. They don't particularly care for it moistened.
