Rated 5 out of 5 by Joeyd The ferrets love the chicken product.
The chicken product has given my pets a beautiful coat and it also has given them extra energy to burn.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Invictus1813 Buyer beware!!
This product may be good in terms of its nutritional value, but I have three cats and not one of them will touch this. I bought two different flavors for them, the beef and chicken, and they take a few bites and walk away. They simply will NOT eat it. I put out some of my old food and they eat it without hesitation. So I'd recommend buying just a can or two to test it out with your feline friends.

Rated 3 out of 5 by PouncesBestFriend Good ingredients, must supplement, cat won't eat it
I recommend this product because of its ingredients list and because it is a Wysong product and they have strict standards. However my cat will not eat this unless only a small portion of it is buried in something she really likes. She is not really fussy generally. Also, the texture is very "hard" and difficult to soften with water- doesn't seem to want to mix with the water. Keep in mind you must supplement your cat's diet with other food or supplements as this food is not a complete diet (no taurine, bone meal, added vitamins, etc.) essential for a cat. Ultimately, no matter how high a quality a food is,it isn't a bargain and it doesn't matter if your cat won't eat it. Guess I'll be finding out if the shelter cats will eat the 10 out of 12 cans that are left.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ally123 I wish Wysong could keep this great canned food in stock!
My English cocker spaniel loves having a tablespoon of this canned food mixed in with her Wysong Fundamentals dry dog food each day. It's something I feel good about giving her because it's all meat and no fillers. My vet loves it, too, because it mimics what wild dogs eat on their own. No veggies, grains, and fillers, which just get pooped out every day and are such a waste of money, not to mention many dogs become allergic to grains and veggies. I'll definitely be using this great canned food as a supplement to her dry Wysong dog food her entire life, provided I can get it. My only complaint is that Wysong needs to hasten the production of this canned food and keep more of it in stock. It's always on backorder!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Raysofhope Sounded like a good idea at the time..
I have a diabetic cat that has kidney issues. I was trying to locate a low phosphorus low-carb food that she could eat .This sounded really terrific 95% chicken. I don't know what exactly is wrong with this product but she will not eat it .She won't even look at it. It has a pate consistency. It smells like chicken but there must be something else going on with his food. I have several cats and I tried it on and I only have one cat that will eat it sometimes. I really can't recommend it for someone because it's so expensive I hate for someone else to be stuck with a case of food their cat would not like

I have two cats that are getting up there in age, about 16 years old. I am always looking for products that they can benefit from. It just so happens that I had just started them with Wysong when my one cat had developed a UTI. The vet told me that the best thing for her, diet wise was meat, no fillers straight meat, I felt really great about the decision that I had made and the vet validated the benefits. It is the most natural food for felines, my cats LOVE it! I am also using Wysong's food supplement which the dog loves and the cats tolerate.
I highly recommend this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by LillyoftheNorth May be good - the carbs are staggering
I got this as I thought the Phosphorus being low would be good for my cats, especially those with some kidney issues. I made a mistake in calculating the carbs! I got 1.59 and it is actually 15.9 which is WAY too high for any cat, let alone my diabetic. We have had complications from my mistake. Should the mfg reduce the carbs in the future then yes I would recommend, but as is, it is too high in carbs to be of much benefit. Keeping in mind a well fed mouse is about 2.5 carbs! A well fed bird 3.0 carbs!
