Rated 5 out of 5 by Quick Results I had my yellow lab mix on another 5 star limited ingredient food that was a sweet potato and fish formula. He had consistently loose stools, so I went to a local pet store seeking advice. The associate steered me away from foods with potatoes in them, and recommended Zignature lamb formula. So far, the results have been dramatic. After only 2 weeks on the food his stools have firmed up considerably. I have not noticed an increase in the frequency of his stools, but he always went a lot! He was also scratching and licking himself like crazy, which has all but stopped. It never occurred to me that all of his symptoms were tied to his previous food. I swear his feet even smelled better-- much less offensive "corn chip" odor! Best of all, he loves it! On his old food, he would come when called for dinner, but often walk away from his bowl. Now he runs to his eating spot, and happily gobbles down his whole bowl. June 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by my dogs love it I was thrilled to find that all three of my dogs dove into this food and loved it! I've been trying to find dry food without all of the things my dogs are allergic to as well as being tasty. Apparently this is it! I would definitely recommend this food to everyone that has dogs with food allergies. July 22, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Seems to be good, time will tell. Both dogs love this. But my dogs aren't picky. Smells very fresh. If you're already feeding a good quality food, expect stool to increase in diameter & output. Does a really good job of firming up stool. Dogs went from liquid poop to solid in 3 meals. But my 2 poop a day dog went to 5 poops. I now feed her half & half with Nature's Variety Kibble & she's back down to 2 Poops per day. My 1 poop a day dog went to 1-2 per day. He's the reason I swapped to this food. I'm trying to find the cure to his foot chewing & rashes. In the 2 weeks he's been eating this, the foot chewing has been reduced by about 90%. I cut out all canned food & now top with cooked meat. I'm very pleased so far. But the last food (Hound & Gatos# took 2 months to tell that it was hurting both my dogs & 1 cat #cat was on cat version). So time will tell if this is as great as I'm hoping. I only gave 4 stars due to the amount of fiber. I think they could probably get the same stool firming with a little less fiber. December 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Haven't switched I started our one standard poodle on this upon recommendation, and now both of ours have been on it for 4 years. I purchase the lamb and stick with it because why rock the boat? The dogs eat it up, the cost is decent, and I don't see any ill effects (gas, skin rashes, etc.) Good product. July 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Happy with this food. I was hesitant to try another lamb flavored food for my dog, as we had tried Taste of the Wild's lamb formula and she grew bored enough to refuse to eat it after 1 month. However this Zignature food she seems to like quite a bit and is still gobbling it up after a couple of months. And because Zignature offers a good variety of grain free, potato free, chicken free, and even a few fish free formulas, it feels like even if she grows bored of this flavor I could easily swap to a different one without much worry. Switching to grain free foods has improved her coat immensely, and on Zignature her coat continues to be extra soft and lovely. I also haven't noticed any difference in water consumption on this food, and her stools have been regular (2 or so times per day) and firm. I will say that I do also use a pumpkin and apple fiber supplement that I sprinkle a tiny bit of on both of her meals per day which might help, but if this food is making your dog have very frequent stools it's possible that they might not be 100% allergic to lamb but have some sort of intolerance. My dog had a similar issue with foods that had fish meal in them, and thus Zignature's formulas that have fish in them aren't an option for me. June 22, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Less itching, firmer stools My Corgi has been on the Zignature Lamb Limited Dry Food for three weeks, now. Compared this with the Orijen fish dry food, which did nothing for the itching, the last 4 months. So far very pleased with my purchase. Also, the service with Chewy.com is excellent with fast shipment and good prices. If ever a problem with the the product, refund or replacement, your choice. July 17, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great dog food We adopted a rescue dog and the foster mom fed our springer with the lamb and mixed the trout and salmon food together. Our rescue dog seems to love it, and I really didn't want to change anything, since this was an excellent dog food. I have also told our neighbor about the food, since her golden has had issues with allergies and didn't want to feed him with anything that contained grain, potato, chicken or eggs in it. I hope this works out well for her dogs also. July 5, 2016
