Description

Antlers are bone. Unlike typical internal skeletal bones that have a soft center made of marrow, antler is more solid. This makes it virtually impossible for a dog to break apart. For this reason Antler Dog Chews are one of the longest lasting dog chews available.

Proof that moose love pups: they shed their antlers for your furry friend to chew! Each of the Moose Antler Chews from Doggie Delicacy are naturally shed antlers that make a safe alternative to the easily-splintering processed bones. Moose Antler Chews are all-natural, and won’t stain your carpet, furniture, or floors when your gnaw-happy pup chews his way to bliss. They’re packed with calcium and other essential nutrients, too!

**Key Benefits **

  • 100% natural and healthy for your dog
  • Rich in minerals and calcium
  • All antler comes only from North American Deer, Elk and Moose
  • Packed with beneficial nutrients and contain nothing artificial or added
  • Deer Antler Dog Chews are odorless to humans, while they smell delicious to your dog's discerning nose
Precautions

Please provide plenty of fresh water when giving any chew or treat. Because this is a natural treat, its sizing, color and appearance may vary this is normal. You may also notice a natural scent and oil while your pal chews; this natural oil may stain your furniture, carpeting or other surfaces. To prevent injury and choking hazard, please watch your pet while they enjoy this treat and be sure to choose the appropriate size chew. If this product splinters or develops sharp edges, throw it away immediately for your pet's safety.

    German Shep Pup Loves

By tyteddieandbelle on Apr 7, 2013

My 10 month old loves these chews - unlike deer antlers, which she'll play with. These, she will stay with for hours and they last a long time. Dogs fight over them. Worth the price.

    pretty good

By BeagleMom on Feb 21, 2013

These are pretty good. My dogs have enjoyed them. 1 of them they completely devoured within about 2 hours and I had to throw away the little bit that was left. Another 1 wasn't a very thick piece at all, so it also didn't last, but a couple of days before I felt the need to throw the stub away. The other 2 I got are lasting pretty well. I like these okay, but I'm going to go back to the split elk antler chews for my next order.

    didn't last

    By truman44 on Feb 1, 2013

i guess i expected a MOOSE antler to be bigger, better and more durable than the elk and deer. i am going to stick with the elk and deer. the moose antler, perhaps b/c it is sliced, didn't last. i even had to throw it away earlier than i would have b/c when truman chewed it sharp, jagged peaks formed on the ends. this doesn't happen with elk and deer. he seemed to like the taste, and like other antlers, there was no smell.

A little expensive but worth it.

By Bargnawn on Jan 8, 2013

My dogs don't care for the rawhide chews and everything else they go through so fast. Dogs seem to be naturally attacted to these. At first I thought they were a little expensive for what you were getting but they last a really, really long time.

    little interest

By jalyse on Jan 3, 2013

My dachshunds had little interest in the moose antler I got for them. They would take it from me but it was quickly abandoned and I still think has gone untouched. Mine all much prefer the split elk or deer antlers.

    Lasting power

By Bigelle on Dec 30, 2012

Bojo and Gio did not finish it in one sitting like they are accustomed to finishing chew items. The antler lasted days. I will be getting bigger antlers for the boyz.

    Not for super tough chewers...

    By Cosentino4 on Dec 30, 2012

This antler only lasted a day in our house due to the intense chewers our dog are. We bought four different antlers and this one was the least resilient.
