The best way to keep pee and poop off the floor is to keep the training pad in place! Housebreaking a pup means they've got to have a safe place to use the bathroom, and the Dogit Clean Training Pad Holder ensures the training pad is always right where it should be instead of folded over or crumpled on the floor. Just unlock the clips, lift the top, place the pad, and secure it in place.
Smooth plastic surface can be wiped clean easily.
Keeps Dogit Clean Training Pads securely in place
Keeps pad from getting folded accidentally or dragged away by your playful pooch
Elevated surface area protects floors while raised edge helps contain leaks
It’s cool that it holds the pee pads in place, but my English bulldog won’t go on it. I don’t know why? I tried the pheromones and everything. Maybe she just likes peeing on a flat surface and that thing has lips to hold the urine in, which is why I bought it! LOL. Oh well.
Solved a problem!

This holder & pad was the immediate “go to” spot indoors for my mini dachshund. Until this, I was regularly finding puddles at seemingly odd times despite my best efforts to do a thorough cleanup and redirect her. (She already knew to ring the bell to go out, but sometimes at 8 pounds, I just don’t think she could hold it.) Now, problem solved and I am grateful!
Tray needs more weight.

The tray should be heavier. My King Charles moved this thing all over the floor and then scratch the paper pads. Even bought the spray. No luck. So back outside.
Eh, might work for some

For my puppy who keeps tearing up pads instead of using them to potty, I got two of these holders. The current pads I use are much too big and so I have to fold them to make them fit, but I have ordered the exact size as recommended. In the meantime I have made do, and it’s just that my puppy sees it more as a bed now. She lays on it, enjoys her treats there, and sleeps on it. Major fail.

Trained my puppy for indoor and outdoor. He is small enough for long term indoor elimination. He is 7 months now. One problem with using just the pad was that urine could leak over the edge or he could do #2 over the edge depending on where he was standing on pad or if too close to the edge. He didnt like the flat pad holders and they were cumbersome. This holder has a slightly higher lip and works great to contain waste and keep it off the floor. While it was a bit of a challenge getting him used to the smaller area (he likes to circle until it feels just right!), he is now used to it and much less rug issues! (Still slight issue with #2 if too close to edge, but much better).
Well made & more attractive than in the photo

This thing is designed perfectly for the Wee-Wee Pet Training and Puppy Pads, 22" x 23" or some other pads of the same size. Easily snaps in all four sides, keeping the pad in place and non-slip. Durable, light weight plastic, looks much better in person than the photo. Puppy also can't chew up and play with the pad and they tend to do when put down a fresh pad on the floor. Because the pads have a plastic bottom, when you remove a soiled one, there's nothing to clean on the holder. Puppy also does it's business on the pad/holder rather than at the edge of it. I'm buying a 2nd one for my neighbor/dog sitter to keep at her place.
would not buy

training pad holder would not lay flat on the floor. my dog would not step on to it. I ended up disposing of it and considered it a waste of money.

I bought this for our PomChi, who is pee-pad trained. He didn't want anything to do with this and started peeing on the bathroom rug. Total waste of money.
Does what it's supposed to do

I ordered this because my pup was destroying his potty pads and dragging them all over the place. I thought having the holder would keep him from doing so. The holder DOES keep the pad in place (I have to pull pretty had to free it), and it is very easy to clean as promised. However, my dog still finds a way to scratch holes in the middle and pull at the hole he created until he gets it free. Maybe it would be more secure if it were designed to allow for the potty pad to be wrapped under the edge more??? I think this would be really good for a fur baby that is not inclined to aggressive digging/scratching.
Best puppy house training tool

This was a great find. Before we bought this, our puppy would drag his potty pads all over the house. Now he can go to his stationary potty pad and relieve himself without being temped to play with his potty pad!
