Great design!
We purchased this after a recommendation from the vet in an effort to get our cats to drink more water. It took some time for them to get adjusted, but they now both drink from it. The reservoir is very large, so we don't have to change it nearly as often as we had to in the past. The design is very sleek. There is a light near the reservoir meter, so you can easily tell when it is getting low. Great value!
great until it starts leaking
I loved this fountain, bought my first one august of 2023. It worked great, started leaking in May of 2023, I figured it had run its course, time for a new one. Got a new one in June of 2023. It started leaking in September of 2023. Will not be purchasing another of this brand
Loved it but NO FILTERS
When I bought this and started out with it I thought it was amazing. Then I went to go clean it and I realized I didn't have any extra filters so I went online to buy some and there are NONE! I have tried contacting the manufacturer multiple times and have not heard back from them and I cannot find filters (in stock) anywhere!!! Very disappointed!
The pump crapped out on me after only a couple weeks
The water pump crapped out on me after less than a month of use. Pretty bummed because I loved the design. I bought one about a year ago that also crapped out at the pump. Really a shame.

Got this water bowl to help with my OE sheepdog puppy but it never worked.

Far superior to the swan one we've had for two years. No sound, not too much splashing unless Tinker is playing with a kitty toy in the water!
my cat loves it
This water fountain is literally the only one my cat will drink from and my most recent one just broke:( I think this was my third one of these exact fountains, they last around 6-8 months and then the motor,I think, goes out. They do need to be replaced more than i would like but since my cat loves it I will continue purchasing!! It also has a very strong spout which my cat loves!!
Great fountain for my dogs
I looked for a long time to find an appropriate dog water fountain that would fit my dogs needs as well as not being to overly fussy for me to keep clean and that also filters my dog's water. Now, I know a dog will drink out of a muddy puddle whenever possible but I do like to offer clean, filtered water for them even though they will drink anything. This fountain is large enough that it holds enough water for my three small dogs (1: 4.5 lbs, 1: 11 lbs, 1: 14 lbs) for at least a week. It has a decent filter that I reuse and have not yet had to replace. Also, while there are some smaller parts that need to be cleaned (opening the fountain pump to clean all the smaller parts and pieces is necessary), the filter provides clean water for my dogs and I only have to deep clean the pump pieces about twice a month. Note: the pump pulls apart and there is a spongy part that needs to be removed and cleaned (I use Dawn detergent to clean it) and I use a bottle washer the size of a straw cleaner to get into some of the smaller areas. There is a little internal cover inside the pump that also comes off so you can clean the part of the pump that spins and needs to be cleaned when you clean the rest of the pump as well. I have seen others complain that the pump stopped working but if you clean it regularly, you shouldnt have any issues. The only thing I have noticed is that when you clean out the top of the fountain and replace the filter, it can be easy to damage the plastic "arms" that hold the filter in place so be careful when replacing the filter housing.
