  • Gastrointestinal Cat Food - Royal Canin

    By on

I ordered this instead of what the vet recommended for my cat, Boris, who has inflammatory bowel disease. He had dropped from 12 to 9 pounds before it was under control. However, the high protein recommended by the vet caused him to continue to throw up until he was down to 8 pounds. With this and a teaspoon of water packed tuna, he is back up to 9 pounds after six weeks and his coat has returned to its beautiful velvet gray. Further, I never ceased to be amazed that Chewy delivers exactly two days after I place my order.

  • Best Rx Dry Food Yet!

    By on

Every cat in the household loves this food. It is a bit on the pricey side, but to have all the cats eating this and not 7 different diets for each cat is great!!

  • Senior Cat Food

    By on

I have a Alpha Cat who is a Senior and this is the only food that agrees with his sensitive stomach. My cat is finally able to eat without purging it up immediately after trying to digest a meal.

  • Less vomiting

    By on

We have several cats with sensitive stomachs. With regular food, they would vomit often. This food, recommended by our vet, is helping solve the problem. There is less vomiting and they are gaining weight. This is a win-win for them and for us.

  • no more diarrhea!

    By on

My kitten was prescribed this food along with the canned version for chronic diarrhea. It took her a couple days to take to the dry food, but now she is devouring it! Since being on the new diet, she also hasn't had any more diarrhea. Very happy with this food despite the cost, as it's worth it to no longer have to deal with my kitten getting upset stomach all the time. I purchased my first bag from the vet, but will likely be getting it from Chewy from now on with their convenient autoship feature.

  • This product is to replace an old food that has been discontinued.

    By on

I spoke with a man from Chewy and this is what he recommended for my cat since her old food was being discontinued. My cat took to this food really well. I think she is doing better in this food then the old one. Besides the food working really well for her, the customer service is excellent - thank you Chewy!!!!

  • Worth waiting for results... was my experience.

    By on

My kitty-child had chronic diarrhea when she was prescribed this food. It took 2 years, but finally, she no longer has diarrhea. I believe it took so long because she also had regular soft food because she has a couple of brothers and sisters and wanted to eat all the same things they were. So, all got the same soft food and the Rx food was their dry food. All seemed to like it. Thanks. cp

  • A terrific cat food

    By on

My older cat suffers from chronic constipation which has cost me over $300 twice at the vet's. Ever since switching him to this food, he has been regular. Thank you Royal Canin!

Most important of all my cats eat it. Now if they gain weight I'll write a glowing review.

  • Great food great service

    By on

I normally purchased this Rx food from my vet - but it always meant a special trip. Chewy.com is priced about the same and the convenience is priceless.
