I have 3 litter boxes in different rooms yet they usually all like the same litter box. This has cause some hissing matches at the box. And in turn I believe it caused one of them to occasionally pee on the floor in that room. (All cats have been check at the vet recently and didn’t have any health issues). After getting the cat attract litter, as recommended by a friend. There hasn’t been any other instances. My newer cat (Lucy 14yr) even started using the top loading litter boxes too once I filled with this litter (which she hadn’t attempted in the first year since I adopted her). It’s a bit expensive but worth it at least to add in or use every other time. (*a note about delivery- the bag did arrive with a hole in the top that had been duck taped but was still leaking all over the box. Cats love it, I hate it

I bought this litter because one of my cats was urinating on the floor and was diagnosed with FIC. I started out by using it in just one of my four litter boxes to make sure they would use it, and it turned out that was the only one they wanted to use. So, I am currently using it in three boxes. I started out by using it in just one of my four litter boxes to make sure they would use it, and it turned out that was the only one they wanted to use. So, I am currently using it in three boxes. However, while this litter has low dust (just be careful when you pour it in) and doesn't track any more than other litters do, it has its negative qualities. First, the packaging: they don't use a plastic bag inside the box, and when I bought another box at a local pet store it leaked litter inside my vehicle. Also, they glue the top of the box shut, so it's almost impossible to open, at least without ripping the entire top off. Second, other reviewers are correct in that trying to scoop it is like digging through thick, almost hardened cement. I'm pretty strong and I use a heavy duty metal scoop, but it's a struggle every time. They also say it forms hard clumps, but my one cat digs a lot when she goes, and the clumps break up so much they go right through the scoop holes. This keeps the litter box dirty and smelly. I think I'm going back to my previous litter, and just try the Cat Attract litter additive. … more
