Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling used cat litter, as cat feces may contain Toxoplasma gondii—a parasite that can cause toxoplasmosis. Pregnant or nursing women, as well as children and anyone with a weakened immune system, should avoid handling used cat litter. Always handle litter in a ventilated area to avoid inhalation. Keep contents and packaging out of reach of children and pets. Seek medical help in case of accidental ingestion.

I've been using this litter for several years. I loved it. I have 2 cats with allergies and one with asthma. Last 2 bags I bought were dusty and tracked everywhere. No odor control at all. It was so bad, I thought one of them was peeing on the carpet. After changing to a different litter, the smell went away. I don't think I'll trust it again.
I've used this litter for six years. This last shipment, all 3 bags were differing in color and just turns to very smelly mud and sticks like mad to the bottom of the litter box. The urine and ammonia aroma is awful. I've never in 6 prior years smelled anything so awful-from across the room even. Now I'll need to search for another litter for my RSV kitty
Dr. Elsey's has gone downhill over the years and 2023 is no exception. It is absolutely NOT "low dust" and now it contains clumps that give it a "used" appearance. GARBAGE quality. My latest order was delivered in the new plastic bags and was FULL of large and small clumps of what appears to be clay or hardened deposits of litter. I have never seen that before and it happend with both bags I ordered, so not a "one off" issue. I will be finding a new litter ASAP.
My 13 year old cat was diagnosed with asthma a few years ago ... Wondered if maybe the cat litter was the problem, started using Dr. Elsey's Respiratory Relief/Unscented about a week ago, and not a single coughing fit since! May be a coincidence, but time will tell! Also controls odor very well for being an unscented product.
It's so hard to find a perfect litter!!! I need zero dust, zero smell, and tight clumps. While so far I have been pleased with the lack of dust and smell from this litter, the clumps aren't very clumpy, and I feel like I'm digging through nasty clay when scooping.
Right out of the bag, it’s just as dusty as Tidy Cat or Arm & Hammer, and at least my cats like those…had to buy a box of Tidy Cat to mix in as I bought a 40 lb bag of this junk and I’m unwilling to throw it out at these prices - but I will if it causes my asthmatic cat to have attacks.
There is much less dust, much less, and my cat hasn’t been “honking” with her asthma attacks and that’s the most important thing. The fact that I have to work a little harder to scoop the litter box clean every day is a nuisance but my cat is healthier so it’s worth it.
A good quality litter. I have noticed there is less dust on objects near the litter box when using this and our fastidious cat has no issues with this litter. If he doesn't like a litter he will leave his displeasure outside the box!
We were using World Best Cat Litter for many years. Way too much dust. Have a cat with chronic respiratory problems. Hoping this will help. Hardly any dust at all.
I bought this because my cat has asthma and it is very dusty and has chunks in it, like whatever it was made of didn't get ground up properly. Would never buy or recommend.
