    Not So Smelly!

By LoveTurquoise on Dec 1, 2020

To be blunt, one of our seven cats has had intensely stinky poop for years. Over time, adding Dr. Goodpet Digestive Enzymes to his food has made this smelly situation much less intense and much more bearable to the nose!

    didn't help

By AmandaK on Dec 5, 2020

My cat has malabsorption due to severe food allergies. I tried this hoping it would help her to absorb her food better. It did nothing. I used it for a few months and saw no change in her at all.

    So Grateful for this Product!

    By on

Our family cat was diagnosed with pancreatitis 18 months ago. In addition, he has an almost life long history of digestive issues which show up as vomiting and diarrhea. With regard to the pancreatitis, the traditionally trained vets have been able to provide us with tools to make our cat (relatively!) comfortable when dealing with an acute bout. However, they haven't addressed the underlying cause of the long term vomiting. So I went searching for answers online and found this product. We sprinkle and blend the suggested amount on to every feeding and it seems to have helped a great deal. No more spits ups!! My cat didn’t react well

    By on

I had to throw this away and ask for my money back. I will say that my cat tends to be very sensitive to things, so this may not be a normal reaction. But his eyes started watering and he got a lot of congestion which went away when I stopped giving it to him. May not be typical, but mine didn’t react well.

Amazing product...just took me awhile to realize!

Long review ahead but read if your cat has allergies: I’ve been giving this product to my cat since last November to help with diarrhea and vomiting. Long story short it turns out she had different food allergies and after switching foods and adding a probiotic she was fine. I continued adding this b/c I figured it wouldn’t hurt and I just wanted to use up the bottle. Fast forward to two weeks ago, I stopped using this b/c I was just going to give the rest to a friend. Within a week, her coat was dull, rough and falling out like crazy. She was constantly scratching, itching, and chewing her legs and ears. I was trying to think what the cause was since I knew it wasn’t fleas or food related and Long review ahead but read if your cat has allergies: I’ve been giving this product to my cat since last November to help with diarrhea and vomiting. Within 48 hours of adding this back to her dry food, there was a 80% reduction in itching, scratching etc and her coat was looking much better. After a week it is back to normal. I’ll never be without it! … more

    Good results

    By on

Tried this brand after one was using price had major increase. This is flavorless and mixes easily into food. They don't seem to notice. No digestive issues since change. Plan to reorder. We have several cats with food tolerance issues. Probiotics and enzyme use made dramatic change in their health.

    Best So Far

    By on

Picky cat won't eat it if sprinkled into wet food so it is mixed with water and given via large syringe into mouth. Vet says cat has chronic pancreatitis so this helps. Various other digestive enzymes tried were beef based, smelled badly and rejected, so this is an improvement....even though it is forced fed. Good cat accepts treatment and no resistance. She knows it helps. Yea!

    Digestive Enzymes

    By on top100Contributor

Bought this for one of our cats who has had pancreatitis issues. So far so good, not problem mixing into wet food as it seems to have no taste or at least not a taste that the cats do not like. Keeping in the fridge per label instructions.

    It has a taste

    By on

If must taste awful because my cats spit out their food when they’re eating and come across a part of the food containing some of the powder. No matter how much I blend it into their favorite foods, they still taste it and reject their food. I have no idea if this stuff works since I can’t get them to eat it!

Seems like Good stuff for my cats

    By on

I started giving one of my cats this stuff when she just didn’t seem to be feeling well overall. She would throw up her food frequently and always seemed rather lethargic. I assumed it was just how she was, especially since I had never had a cat before I had her. On a whim I tried this product for her and it seemed to make the symptoms go away somewhat. I decided to give it to our other cat, too...it should be good for her too I figured. I’ve been satisfied that it is helping enough to continue giving it to them both. On a side note, i recently started giving the cats taste of the wild dry cat food. That also seems to be giving them both a little zip...they seem to be playing a lot more.
