Dog likes them, I don't

So my dog likes them, gobbles them up. He's not too picky. I, however, don't really like them. They fit the pills fine, but they are oily. My hands smell weirdly meaty after touching them. I keep washing my hands, they still smell weird. I don't want to touch them. They leave an oily smear on the counter if you put them down while putting the pill in. Also a bunch were broken in the container.

Really just didn't like them. The dogs were okay with it but did pick it apart and weren't big eaters like they usually are. They are more oily and dry than would be preferred and not as easy to mold for different pills. Only used a few and bought something else. Unfortunately disappointed.

Best Pill Pocket

These are the best pill pockets and have made my life so much easier. I have 3 dogs that all take meds daily. I tried many other methods to give my dogs their meds that were stressful and time consuming. Now I just cut these pill pockets to the size for the pill and wrap and the doggies love them.

So they are way cheaper than the competitor and if you are using them with Apoquel I highly suggest taking like 10 minutes out of your day and cutting them in half and getting double the amount for the same price. That’s what I do and they fit perfectly. I suggest wearing gloves they smell horrible but my dog absolutely loves them. My doggo loves both flavors of this brand.

Great substitute for the allergy pill pockets

Our dog has allergies and can’t eat the regular pill pockets and they stop making the allergy ones, so we were left trying to jam the pills down her throat until we found these. They’re super soft and easy to mold to the pills

Not great for my small dog

Pocket too large for my chi’s pills. Had to cut down which did not work as meds would not hide. She can uncover pills, chews so pills are found later on the floor.

Not his preferred flavor

Dakota isn’t a big fan of these. He was okay with the chicken flavor, but the beef causes him to just spit it out and play with it, which defeats the purpose of buying these. I might just switch back to using Greenies or making meatballs out of his soft food to hide the pills in because at least he’ll eat it without me having to pill him.

These work well since there's no chicken products. They're just a little oily, but I cut them in half to use half for each dog. Plus the dogs don't spit out the pill!
