Helps calm my Siamese cat’s aggression

    By on

Yes, this Zen Pet Calm & Relax powder does seem to assist in reducing the aggressive biting behavior issue we have been trying to overcome in our Siamese cat. He’s also only getting the Royal Canin Veterinary Diet CALM formula dry food. I mix it in with his canned food in the morning.

    Positive reviews all around!

First off this product is chicken based which is important to be aware of if your pet has allergies or sensitivities, but because it is chicken flavored my animals seem to love the taste! My cat who I have been using this with eats a home prepared raw diet and is usually extremely picky with anything being added to his food and he didn't hesitate to eat this! A little history into my experience with this product: I have a one year old male cat who has always been extremely sensitive and easily startled. He's just always on edge and runs away from just about everything. I have been using this product with him for about 5 weeks now and honestly I am so happy with it! He's just always on edge and runs away from just about everything. I have been using this product with him for about 5 weeks now and honestly I am so happy with it! It is not a cure all by any means, but it definitely takes the edge off his anxiety level and reactivity. He no longer jumps at any and every movement in the house or sound and is able to be approached more times than not as long as I go slow with him. I can also see a slight bit of relaxation in his eyes which makes me happy to see. He is in no way sedated or slowed down from this product, he just doesn't have his eyes pinned open as far as he can anymore! I will continue to use this product and work with him to get over his reactivity to stimuli. Two thumbs up from me and my cat who is ironically named Zen! :-) … more
