I like the smell and texture of this lotion/spray but my cat does not. It also did nothing for the mats on her longer fur. Maybe it will work better as a coat conditioner going forward once I have the mats removed.
It doesn't do anything. It smells good but it annoys the cat and doesn't do a thing for his knotted fur. Big waste of $$
This didn't work at all. Maybe for small tangles. But my fluffy cat has serious Matt's and this did nothing. It also has a weird smell.
Ollie has matting issues. This helps SO much! I wouldn’t have been able to get them out if I didn’t have this! He is now super soft and mat free!
This spray helps manage fur matting in pets. I have 2 cats who suffer from frequent matting of fur. I brush them regularly but they still have occasional fur matts that require shaving or careful cutting. This spray helped resolve the matting overnight. The cats and I really appreciated the opportunity to avoid the trauma and possible injury of shaving, clipping, and or cutting their fur.
Really like this detangling spray. But like other reviews have said, it is thick and can come out more as a lotion than a spray, which since I knew was fine. I have applied it by both spraying directly on mat and rubbing in like a lotion. Rubbing in directly seems to have a better effect. It has been very helpful to get the mats on my cats belly to comb out or she starts licking/grooming them herself. Fragrance is light and floral. Problem solved either way!
My cat has long hair that gets matted and she she is a super scaredy cat and doesn't let me handle her much . This products recommended use is to use on wet hair which is not going to happen with my cat. I squirt some in a bowl (it's creamy) and put a good amount on my fingers and work it into the smaller mats which eventually become loose. My only complaint is that it has a perfumey (not bad) smell. I don't understand why they make products for animals that have a perfume smell. I leave a dime to quarter size amount in a shallow dish in the open air for a while before I use to help dissipate the smell.
Works great on my cat Miss Prissy less stress on her and me and not expensive. Highly recommended.
My cats hair is so long it knots up bad got this spray it has been working great and doesn't smell bad either
So my long-haired Kitty was having trouble with knots. I purchased this because it was all natural and has a pleasant smell to it. I loved it it really helped her but there's certain size knots that it really doesn't help get out. Otherwise I recommend this product.
