I recently purchase a drink well 360 fountain (we have 3 cats). It’s perfect. No crowding & they all took to it. Filter is very easy to clean & use. Thank you Chewy.

Where I live they are tough to buy. Ordered them from Chewey and service was prompt and correct. Prices are awesome

So, I'm confused. I ran out of the store bought filters a few months ago. Been running the water fountain bowl without them. Ran fine, scrubbed it out once a month, no problems. Put these filters in and within days the cats wouldn't drink from it and it looked and smelled nasty. I had to scrub it out, but it happened again with a second filter. I've quit using the filters and cleaned it out again, but it took several cleanings with chlorox and finally with vinegar before my cats would come close to it. Not sure what's on or in these filters, but I'll throw the rest away and run without one. OBTW' we've had this same cat water fountain for over 10 years. This has never happened before.
