When cleaning do you have to spray it down with a bleach and water solution?

To clean, soak all parts in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
how do I replace the plastic tray on bottom? I have 2 of these feeders and both bottom dump trays are gone.

Great feeder.

Great feeder, just bought this new one as the old canister was looking so cloudy and bad after 19 years of use! Works very well, especially with the new dish tray I ordered.

Squirrel defeat

Not only has the feeder kept squirrels from munching all the seed. It has been great entertainment watching the squirrels try to figure out how to get into the feeder. Squirrels are not injured just out smarted.

Best bird feeder on the market

We had this feeder for over 20 years when the central wire broke. We replaced it with a new feeder and now realize that it had a lifetime guarantee and parts are order able. The feeder does it’s job perfectly. After a few tries the squirrels give up. The Grands love seeing them try to figure it out and slip off the tray.

Squirrel has not succeeded!

I am enjoying this feeder. It has rained without the seed holes getting clogged. The birds are enjoying their food without interruption from the squirrels. The squirrels have not succeeded in being able to make the bird food vanish.

super squirrel-proof bird feeding

We ordered this exact replacement from Chewy of a feeder we've used very happily for years. It has beautifully withstood weather & bear attacks, and the birds love it. We were EXTREMELY impressed with Chewy's prompt service ~ the feeder arrived a mere two days after we placed our order. Good job!!

Maybe other birds will enjoy it; not ours

The birds who visit our feeders have become accustomed to a more traditional style. Some refused to eat from it at all. I gave it to a friend and so far have heard nothing negative.

Great Service and price!!!!

This was my first order with Chewy and a Christmas gift. I was concerned it was close to holiday and may not make it. To my surprise it arrived in just a few days. You had the best price and FREE shipping! I've had this bird feeder nearly 10 years. It has more than paid for itself several times over with savings on seed. Totally squirrel proof!!!!!!

Better than many

Keeps squirrels away.... Will clog if you want whole sunflower seeds, I had to modify mine.... Small birdseed can clogged if gets too wet as there is no hood. Spendy for what you get...

Too expensive!

Really unless the price is wrong it's a bird feeder and not that big! The price is ridiculous!
