False Advertising

The product listing clearly shows the formula approved by FDA under ANADA # 200-326 with the NDC 30798-837-81 (clear paste) but I was sent the formula approved under ANADA # 200-390 and the NDC 30798-970-81 (white) which is NOT what I ordered. This is false advertising. I clearly explained the issue to customer service, yet the "replacement" was the same wrong product.

  • On top you see what I ordered and what was advertised. On the bottom you see what I was sent. Completely different color paste with different consistency.

Excellent product

I have used this brand of former for many years. My horse likes the taste, and it seems to be very effective in controlling worms. Chewy is great about getting orders out promptly.
