Dynarex Hypodermic Needles are thin-walled and sharp to lessen the sting of injections. All needles have a color-coded hub to represent the gauge of the needle and attach to the syringe by either a luer lock or luer slip connection. The needles feature a double bevel for ease of penetration while helping larger doses flow smoothly.
UsesNeedles are primarily used to administer fluids to dogs and cats.
Precautions
Used sharps should be immediately placed in a sharps disposal container. FDA-cleared sharps containers are generally available through pharmacies, medical supply companies, health care providers and online. These containers are made of puncture-resistant plastic with leak-resistant sides and bottom. They also have a tight fitting, puncture-resistant lid. If an FDA-cleared container is not available a heavy-duty plastic household container, such as a laundry detergent container can be used as an alternative.

Cheap version
By Question on Jan 11, 2021
I couldn't really see what type I was getting and would have preferred needles that have screw on bottom rather than having to get needle out of plastic wrap (seems more likely to be contaminated). I would gladly pay more for better quality needle.

Super sharp
By Doreen21 on Sep 9, 2020
These are so much better than the ones i got from the vet. I like that they are beveled. Is a much longer bevel which makes them more sharp and easy to insert into my cat's skin which is thick. He does not seem to mind this needle as much as the ones from the vet. So far every one that i have used is perfect. I was worried that they might not be sharp but i do not have to worry with these. Will buy these again and again.

Great difficulty penetrating skin!
By EmmBee on Sep 24, 2020
As a former veterinary nurse, I can tell you these are terrible needles. I tried them for sub-q fluids for my cat with kidney disease. Because we administer the fluids weekly, it's important that the needles are sharp and thin walled for a gentle experience. These say they are, but don't deliver. Terumo is a much better brand. I definitely would not recommend this product for your little ones.

Needles ! Needles !
By dave on Sep 28, 2020
100 needles will keep us going for nearly a year. Excellent price, compared to what our Vet charges. And it's great having them delivered to our front door !

I use these on my two small doggies with renal failure. They get fluids 2 and 3 times a week.

The product I purchased was great ....
By Clyder on Jun 11, 2020
I would like to give a shout out to the customer support that I was given at Chewy. I was having issues with the pharmacy and finally asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold, I had to hang up but that I’ll call back later. Within an hour I got a follow up phone call from the supervisor herself asking how she could help. She was able to follow through with my vet and her pharmacist. Bravo customer service is not dead thank you so much I look forward to working with you in the future!

Dull needles
By Julie on Jul 5, 2020
These were a total waste of money. They do not slide in smoothly like the ones I get from my veterinarian. I can't even use them because they hurt my cat. I should have made the one hour round trip to my vet get supplies.

Easy to penetrate
By Mimi on Jun 28, 2020
The Hypodermic Thin Wall 20 Gauge Needles are easier to penetrate than the 18 Gauge needles. They go in easily but feed slower than the 18 G.

Sharp but Smooth
By Liza on Sep 12, 2020
These needles do their job. They go in easily with no trouble.

Not sharp at all
By Daniel on Jun 7, 2020
These are the worst needles I've ever used. You have to push really hard to get it in the cat and you feel a pop. It's cruel. Do not buy these.
