My cats love this product! However, the last boxes I have received have drastically gone down in size. I used to be able to give 4 of my cats their food from one can. And now can only do 3, skimping on the 3rd. Letting all of you moms and dads know. Love Chewy they have been great!
My two boys (both born feral) can be picky eaters. When I find something that one likes, the other doesn't, and vice versa. They prefer gravy foods, but often eat all the gravy and push the chunks to the side in distaste. This food is juicy with real fish chunks (and bones, too), and they both lick their plates clean. This one is a keeper in our food rotation.
Yes all cats are carnivores so why are there all these peas in this food?? She loves the food but hates the peas. And when there are as many as 12 peas in a 3 oz. can that's alot of weight in peas. She avoids them and will spit them out. Please take the peas out and put the seafood in. On average there are 6 to 10 peas per can sometimes less and as many as 12 per can. This is very expensive food and I don't want to pay for all these peas. As I said she loves the food and the other 2 seafood varieties also. I think I will avoid this variety all together for now.
My cat loves this food !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've given my kitty 20 different brands trying to get him to like something healthier than fancy feast. He LOVES this and has never walked away from this unlike other brands. Pricey but absolutely worth it for the quality.
I have two cats, one of which has a food allergy. We try to buy grain free food (wet) and tried this brand which they both enjoy. My only complaints about Earthborn is the expense and that it is made in Thailand. It is otherwise an excellent wet food which along with a Probiotic allows one of my cats to be alive.
I have spent an hour trying to remove the tiny screw so I can put batteries in. The screw won’t budge and is probably stripped I have tried so long. I have wasted my money on something I can’t use. Not everyone has a tool kit.
All four of my cats got tired of their regular wet food and kept just walking away from their full bowls. I was looking for something that had less grain and more natural ingredients. Earthborn looks and smells like real deal and my cats love it. They clean their bowls and even ask for more (at least I think so). So far I'm really happy with this purchase.
I've been a fan of Earthborn for some time now. My three kitties do well with this food. However, I've noticed that the texture of the product has changed over time. The broth they advertise has become a thick, gummy gravy which does well with my cats, but not with me. I know there has to be some starch involved here to create this texture, and that worries me. No cat needs additional starch to add to the pounds they naturally gain as they age. There's nothing wrong in continuing with a simple, clear broth as these cans used to come. I guess it has to do with volume. The more starchy the food, the greater the volume. The meat, the protein becomes less.
My cats love this and I have 5 so buying food and keeping my stock full it’s hard lol. Especially having picky cats but they all love this all I do is add it to freeze dry food and they love it
