    A must have

By Easoric on Jun 29, 2021

I LOVED this product. We have tried so many different things to clean out our German Shepherds ears and this is the only thing that helped. The nozzle isn’t as invasive as other products and he will actually sit still and let me put this in his ear. The only 2 things I didn’t like is how you have to pump it a couple of times before getting any product out (I recommend doing it over a sink until you get the product out) and how fast you go through it. Other than that I love it!

    Great product delivery system

By ACole on Jul 21, 2021

I have gotten this from my vet, but they seem to always be out of stock. I prefer this nozzle-in-the-ear delivery system because I KNOW it's getting down in the ear. Only complaint, as with ALL ear meds, is the opaque bottle. I never know when the product is almost out and I need to get more!

    Good stuff, poor design

By Josh on Jun 7, 2021

Got this through my Vet (for considerably more $, will try Chewy next time we get a prescription). While the medication seems to be working, the pump delivery system is a terrible design. With the tube inserted in your dog's ear, you have to pump three to four times to actually get any product to squirt out. In the meantime, you're pumping air into an area that your dog is touchy about in the best of circumstances....and having an ear infection is pretty far from that. Someone needs to go back to fluid mechanics class.
