These vet-recommended chews last up to five times longer than traditional rawhide dog chews. They’re lactose-free since the milk is processed in a very specific way to remove the lactose and make the chews very gentle on sensitive stomachs. Sourced directly from the Himalayas, these delicious treats are made without the use of additives, chemicals or preservatives.

I've been getting these for my Roz since she was a puppy. She was a big time chewer and these kept her busy and my dining room table legs alone. She doesn't do this anymore, whew! As an adult, a year away from being a senior citizen and she still loves them. Fun thing I learned about these chews, was making them into a big puff ball. Also grab up those little pieces that may break off and give your pup some puffcorn.
Normally I buy yak chews from chewmeter but there was a really good sale on these and with the price hike on yak chews lately I went for it. Bad decision. Spent nearly $100 on these but I'm not sure if it's because these two chews were tougher than usual or if they were brittle creating shards but my Bernese mountain dog had blood in her mouth within minutes I believe her gums started bleeding and my husky wouldn't touch them. While picky, my husky usually enjoys munching on a yak chew. I think I'll just start making yak chews instead from now on
received when it was suppose to com in but the entire bag was sweating. I opened immediately and was punched with a foul fishy odor. Contacted chewy, refunded. Will not get again.
I purchased this yak cheese, and this large size so that I could break it down and puff them up in the microwave. I only have a three month old puppy, and the chews are too hard for him. When I soaked it in water for several minutes and then put it in the microwave for it to pop up it turn to a big rubbery mess. I couldn’t cut it into pieces and had to throw it away.
Very happy so far. Kept our Boykin and springer busy for 3 episodes of Outlander. Lol they loved them. I think the next time I’ll attempt to take them at the halfway mark. I honestly think they got tired of chewing !
I've been buying yak sticks for quite a while now for my bully pups who are very heavy chewers. I usually buy whatever's on sale and these were on sale. Of all the brands I've ever bought, these are the only ones that my pitbull and my pitbull mix devoured in one sitting. Usually they last for about a week. Not recommended.
We've been giving our dog, Oliver, these yak chews for a couple years now. Unfortunately, the past two weekends, he has vomited because small pieces haven't digested properly. He didn't get sick last year. We won't be giving him these treats anymore.
She can chomp on it for over an hour (though I now limit her to 1/2 hour every other day) and barely make a dent in one stick - a great product her boyfriend introduced her to. Keeps her teeth clean, too.
This chew actually lasts my three large, tough chewers at least 30 minutes, if not more. My dogs are notorious for devouring bones in less than a minute so I am a big fan of these!
Himalayan cheese is one of the few things that can keep my two GSD extreme chewers occupied for at least a 1/2 hour. The brand I usually buy keeps skyrocketing in price, so I decided to try this one. The sticks are about the same size, but some were covered with a weird whitish dust/mold. These seem to fracture easily in comparison to the others, so they're in pieces sooner. I still get a half hour or so of peace before I have to collect the broken shards. Will buy again.
