Train your small pupper how to do just about anything with the E-Collar Technologies Micro Educator 1/3 Mile Range Remote Dog Training Collar. This device works by delivering a blunt stimulation from the handheld transmitter to the waterproof receiver on your dog’s collar. The transmitter’s easy-to-use dial allows you to lock and set the stimulation strength between 1 and 100. Additionally, it has various settings for momentarily or constant stimulation as well as boost, tone, light and vibration that you can utilize in your training routine. The Micro model has a receiver that is 20% lighter, smaller and less stimulating than the Mini Educator, making it paw-fect for your small dog.
Delivers a blunt stimulating feeling to the receiver collar from up to 1/3 of a mile away.
Crafted so receiver contact points are closer together and the unit can rotate 90 degrees.
Provides a wide range of stimulation options from 1 to 100 so you can dial it in just right.
In addition to stimulation, you can also trigger sound, light and vibration elements.
Transmitter floats in water and can be located if misplaced using a beeping notification setting.
The Micro Educator is for the smaller breeds like the Chihuahua, Dachshunds, etc. The Micro Educator provides more options when fitting It to a very small dog. For instance, the Contact points are approximately 20% closer to one another. The ET-300 or ET-400 would be a better fit.

Incredibly high quality, no issues with it shutting off like some other brands sometimes have. An order of magnitude more expensive than cheap no name versions you can find online, but it is definitely worth it. Would trust this in a hunting/trail scenario, in addition to routine daily life. Once you get it and hold it, you feel the quality, and there have been no issues at all with functionality. Battery life is solid, as well.

Cannot recommend this collar enough. When properly layered into training and introduced correctly this tool can save lives and save relationships with your pup. We worked with our trainer and worked through our dogs anxiety and this helped tremendously! My dog has learned how to navigate this world and not be scared of everything. He had aggression and anxiety issues and other trainers had recommended to euthanize him because he didn’t care about food. I recommend you work with a trainer that is knowledgeable with these systems first before just using it on your dog.
Way better than the cheap ones

I'm not a rich person. I have bought many cheap electronic collars for my dog, but we went ahead and bought this one most recently. It's way better. You have three types of shock for different situations. Simple pulse for normal training, sustained shock for when he's being stubborn, and boost for very intense life-threatening situations. They're all at the single press of a button. The remote is easy to hold and can be operated without looking at it. Cheap collars do not offer this flexibility. Plus, cheap collars have a tendancy to burn the dog's skin, even at low settings. I've not seen one burn from this collar. It has made all the difference with my dog's training. I'll never buy a cheapI'm not a rich person. I have bought many cheap electronic collars for my dog, but we went ahead and bought this one most recently. It's way better.
