    Wonderful for my sick dog

    I found out my dog had cancer in her hip area and she could no longer walk on her hind leg. She was in a lot of pain and while we tried to rid her of cancer she lived inside of this playpen for an entire month. The minute I set it up she went in and only came out to use the restroom. I was able to climb I found out my dog had cancer in her hip area and she could no longer walk on her hind leg. She was in a lot of pain and while we tried to rid her of cancer she lived inside of this playpen for an entire month. The minute I set it up she went in and only came out to use the restroom. I was able to climb in to feed her (I'm 5'9) and there were a few times I slept in there with her (my legs sticking out). There is a lip on the bottom entryway of the door, so it was pretty uncomfortable for me to lay in there with her, but I know it is not built for me! This product is very well made and I was impressed with it. I suggest buying a round dog bed to put inside because the blankets didn't seem to be enough. … more

    Just love the pet enclosure - HOWEVER if your pet is frisky like mine, you may want to consider something else. My 10 lb. toy poodle was out of the playpen in less than 10 minutes. He does have a habit of scratching and jumping. So first he put a small hole in the screen door and then somehow he caused the zipper to separate so he could walk right out. Did not break the zipper as I was able to re-zip it. I knew I was taking a risk and unless I get him to calm down, I will not be able to use it. So I could only recommend for a passive pet. … more
