Have yet to use
I have not used this carrier as it's for a new puppy that I will pick up later this month. However it appears to be average quality. Still not sure what the inside clamp is for (maybe to attach to the pets collar?) I'm hoping it comes in handy for vet visits.
Great carrier
I really like this carrier! It completely unzips for storage, which is great. It’s sturdy and carries well. My 12 pound cat liked it enough to nap in it when I left it out.
I love it, the cat loves it so does my vet
I purchased this carrier for my 15 yr old cat to travel safely and comfortably to/from the vets office. The vet and staff were so impressed that the whole carrier unzips enough that my old cat was still laying comfortably on the interior platform, all ready to be examined. No more pulling her out of her hard sided carrier. Also it was so easy to use the shoulder strap to carry her into the office instead of trying not to bump the hard carrier into a door or wall. So grateful for the design.
Way too small!
I bought the 20" carrier. Very well made but way too small. Would only put a kitten or maybe a very small Yorkie in this carrier. Will have to send back!
Comfy, lightweight, sturdy
Perfect for a kitten or cat or small dog. Very sturdy, zips on two sides, has a window for looking out and plenty of backpack like material to hide behind on car rides. Love it!

i dont have my cat yet but I'm preparing and it's a nice bag tbh my cat better like it I'm broke and used my birthday money im gonna be soooo mad if he doesn't like it
Does the job
It's made of high quality material and it's very sturdy. My only complaints are that it's a touch smaller than I was hoping for (it fits my kitten fine but I would not put a dog in here) and I miss having the top loading function of my old carrier. Other than that it's a decent carrier for the price.

Extremely nice cat carrier
I have a big cat and this carrier is so roomy and I love the soft interior for her to lay on . The heavy duty strap and handle is definitely a sign of quality!
