So So Carrier
When I read the reviews when ordering I figured everything would be fine with this carrier and I am very displeased with the product. I will start with what I like...great size, love the color (dark grey) and that it can be folded down to store flat...but I think this causes stability issues. What I don't like....bottom/floor is not sturdy; just material. I see people saying we should have gotten a furry mat bottom but nothing was included but the bag/carrier. I had to fold up cardboard to use it with our kitten. Since it is foldable, the front and back ends are wobbley and not sturdy ...It seems like a human tote bag but since you are putting in your furry you would want it to be solid so it does not flip over easy etc. Other reviews said there was to be metal bars but those were not received either so they may make a difference but I am not sure since we don't have them or the the floor/mat; I think maybe we got a returned item with missing pieces. No name tag slot so we used a luggage travel name tag for going to the vet. I've never had an issue with items so I did not inspect the item when it was received... if I had I would of definitely returned it but since I was a slacker and I did not open until 2 days before our surgery date I am stuck with it and out the money. I will be looking for a more sturdy carrier and once I get it, I will definitely be inspecting it asap to make sure it meets my standards and needs. I do suggest if you get this to open it up immediately, ensure you have all the pieces and make sure it is studry enough for your fur baby.

I am really excited with my latest purchase. But I usually am , I have been shopping with Chewy.com for several years. It's so handy just getting on the web , and ordering the things my cats need, and within a few days ( usually) my order arrives in the Chewy boxes ( which my two cats have already learned to identify those boxes. Lol. They can't wait for me to get up in my wheelchair, and bring them inside.
My New Favorite
I chose this carrier after seeing a breeder from CA use it in his Oriental Shorthair show cattery. It ships flat and there are a couple of metal bars that you need to insert for support but that's simple. It has plenty of strategically placed netted areas so kitty can see out BUT it also has plenty of area to provide privacy and a safe feeling for kitty. Lots of pockets. A nice piece on the side that would slip onto your rolling suitcase handles. It has good sturdy velcro. Two of my six cats are very large and they fit comfortably in the carrier.
1 carrier missing bottom insert
I received both carriers today. I like them, however, the gray one is missing the furry support insert that lines the bottom of the carrier. It's really too much trouble to return it. Can you send me an insert separately?
only okay, but will replace with another carrier
I wanted to like this carrier, but in only a month the long shoulder strap broke. Additionally, like similar reviews, the top folds in on itself and squishes my already small cat. The carrier arrived folded flat (reasonable for shipping), but I am unable to get the top part unflat. Luckily my cat is pretty patient and allowed me to transport her in the carrier a couple times, but without use of the shoulder strap and the carrier folding in on itself, I won't be using this carrier long-term.
Cute and Commutable
The bag was really easy to assemble and it is roomy for my cat. It allows her to see and is well ventilated. I love it and I think she will too !

Color, quality and size just as pictured. No regrets! Great for the price, has removable should bag strap and both sides unzip, one for just the head another for entrance/exit. Tons of pockets for storage and on the go needs The pad on the inside has a removable fury cover for their comfort which is beautifully convenient.
Very sturdy!
The bag was easy to use, it did not collapse down on my pup when she went under the seat on the plane, and it was comfortable to carry through the airport. My pup weighed 6lbs and she did great!
Saggy, Small, Sad
Well, she doesn't hate it, we made it to and from the vet, and at 5 pounds she fits okay, but this is very disappointing. It curves in at the top so it's only 11" long and 4" wide, plus the curve destroys all strength of the arch, so as soon as you open the only entrance, it completely flops. Because of the mesh top and curved edge, I couldn't even figure out how I could sew in a brace of any kind to keep it up. I did put a strong cardboard rectangle in the single pocket on the end that only unzips a little, which helped but of course that's now not a usable pocket. The other thing I hadn't thought about is that a black kitten on a black mat through black mesh is so invisible I couldn't tell if she was okay. I'm going to donate this to the shelter, with my apologies because it's only a bit better than nothing, and get something that's properly designed. Oh, someone mentioned rods, there's no rods and no place to insert any, or I would have made some and done it.
