Each scoop is approximately 180 grams. The 13.2 pound tub contains 33 scoops. The manufacturer recommends that for introduction of the supplement, administer 1/4 scoop per day, and build up to desired level slowly. For maintenance give 1 scoop per day and for loading give 2 scoops per day.
