    A bit let down

By Teresa on Oct 8, 2021

I ordered these because my gelding loves squishy buns and peppermints. So I thought these would be heavenly for him. I opened the bag to a giant goopy mess. There's no peppermint in the treat, it all melted or seaped down to the bottom of the bag. It's quite gross really how slimy and sticky it made the treats. Fingers crossed he still eats them. If he doesn't i supposed we could always throw them at a barn wall on a rainy day and see how it takes them to fall.

    Melting disappointment!

By Deputy on Oct 18, 2021

When the minty muffins arrived and I opened the bag I found every single muffin’s peppermint had completely melted. Not talking about soft but completely liquidated.very unappetizing. I was afraid to give them to my horse in case the muffin had spoiled.

    Perfect treat

By Jenn on Sep 16, 2021

Both of my horses love these treats. One has issues with his TMJ so they are perfect because they are so soft. The other will eat anything (except his grain) and he loves these so much!

    Much Loved Treat

By Kate on Sep 3, 2021

Out horses absolutely love these muffins. The soft texture makes it easy to hide pills in the muffins.

    Melted Candies

By fguimarin on May 3, 2021

The horses loved them, however the candies were a melted, sticky mess. I live in AZ so they likely melted during shipping. I'll stick to the plain muffins in the future. The horses love them just as well.

    Best treats for picky livestock

By RanchoChupacabra on Mar 8, 2021

Of all the horse treats I've bought over the past five (gulp!) decades , these are probably the most successful with my picky horses. My 25-year-old PPID-suffering gelding has had a tough time since his diagnosis and it was hard to get him to take his Cushing's meds ... until finding out that peppermint is terrific at masking the taste. These treats are good for giving pills and powder to those reluctant and suspicious eaters. Pro-tip: Put two together if you're adding medications and sandwich the meds in between.

    Great Product

By SalsasMom on Feb 16, 2021

My horse loves these! However, if I can be honest, you pay almost double the cost for the mints being added. I prefer to buy those without mints and add the mints myself for a fraction of the cost.
