Wish I'd read the ingredients before I bought it.

The first ingredient is Isopropyl Alcohol. It is the strongest smell when you use it. Almost over powering. I wouldn't have bought it if I had read ingredients first (my bad). Alcohol is safe for use in ears, but it's not gentle and you definitely don't want to use it with inflamed ears. Ouch!
