Not exactly pet friendly...

My cat LOVES this toy, but I have a huge issue with it... The eyes and nose aren't sewn in or glued on in any way. They are tiny plastic "safety" eyes with sharp pointed ends that are just sorta stuck into the body underneath the fur. I would hate to think what would have happened to my cat if I hadn't have removed the things.

Not a bad toy

I have a foster cat who loves fuzzy mouse toys. Thought he would like this because it is a bit bigger for him to grip and goof off with. He does like it but not quite as much as the little ones that shoot across the floor better.

In the garbage!

I would not want to see any cat play with this toy. It appears to be made of rolled cardboard covered with hair (glued on?) and the hair came off all over my hands, the sink, lots, and everywhere it touched with just alittle moisture. I would fathom that a cat would swallow the hair with this toy in its mouth and tongue. My opinion is that this toy is a hazard and should not be on the market.

Cat loves this toy

I have 6 cats but one of them got to the toy first and won't give it up. Carries it around the house and plays with it between cat naps. Recommend this toy.

Hard, possibly dangerous

My large cat loves to chew. This was recommended. First off,... Ferret? I have had a ferret. This is nothing like a ferret. Having said that, it is very hard. It has a slight rattle. The cloth tail is too long for MY cat. He trims the tails off mice right away.... and swallows them. If he chewed off this tail... it may be ok. If a small cat did, could be problem. The toy is simply not worth buying. My cat never touched the toy. I tossed it out.

Like a rattle mouse, but bigger

My cat has loved the Ethical Pet rattling mice since she was a small kitten. Since she's bigger now, I figured she might like this ferret since it seemed to be a bigger version of the mice. She loves it! One critique is that the tail fell off on day two, but she doesn't seem to mind.
