I don't like doing bad reviews, but these toys scared me.
I check my cat's toys to make sure they're safe. With the first slight tug or two of one of these toys, a piece a bit bigger than a nickel pulled off easily & could have been swallowed by my cat, causing him to choke or have other problems. I got them on sale, so I scooped them up & decided to just add them to my collage box for art projects. I will say they are pretty, but I do NOT recommend these for pet toys.

I got these with my last chewy order as my cat loves all things Mylar. After about 10 minutes I noticed her cleaning her paws and that her pretty white paws and toe fluff had turned and unsightly shade of green-yellow.
The dye on this product runs terribly and I don’t know whether it’s safe for her to ingest or not?
Needless to say I’m disappointed...buyer beware.

These mylar balls are fine. They are a little larger and heavier than what I am seeking, but I'm sure most normal cats would approve. I've been on the hunt for a smaller, lighter version which we had in the past. I only have a single crushed, faded, pathetic specimen of one left, which I have to keep hidden because it creates chaos when I bring it out. I've purchased about 1000000 mylar balls so far and still can't find the right one!
Goes through these like hotcakes

I buy these balls every few months for my kitty. He loves these things, and rips through them like gangbusters. They *are* well made, but my crazy man loves to stuff them in secret places and hone hunting skills on them. He's very interested in the crinkly sounds, keeps him entertained for hours.
Misleading product name on website

This is a mylar crinkle toy. My cats both love this type of toy. This one is a bit larger than the average, so my big cat enjoys batting it around. But nowhere on the packaging does it say anything about catnip, and how would that be added to the mylar anyway?
My cat didnt like these odd balls

They’re the same foil-like material as shiny bows for gifts are made of, except shaped into a round shape. Can’t imagine that’s an appealing texture to bite into, so that’s probably why my cat wanted nothing to do with these.
cats aren’t into it

Yet another cat toy that I expected them to love, and they couldn’t care less about! But hey at least I can use them to stuff their puzzle feeder. Always trying to make those things a little tougher for them to solve!

My cats LOVE LOVE LOVE these! They play with them all the time. My female loves to lay her head on it and rub it around. She must like the crinkle and feel of it. I can’t keep them in stock! I finally started ordering them by the dozen!
My cats were not interested

Product came as described. Durable material and it made the crinkly sound. But my cats we're not interested at all. I'm glad it was inexpensive. Nothing wrong with the product itself.
Big hit with the furkids!

The newest addition, Tiger Lily, a 5 month old kitten just loves these and plays with them endlessly until she loses them and I have to do rescue duty. Abby, who turned 10 today, is just as wild about them, when Tiger Lily isn't hogging them all.
