Disappointing
By Chicomama on Feb 17, 2021
My baby Luna is full of energy, curious, & so anxious to play; I have been making a real effort to keep her occupied, so I've been looking for interactive toys. Thought price point was decent on this device, but have had problems with it since taking it out of box. Have followed all directions, but mouse just doesn't move in the way it's advertised; remote & mouse don't even seem to be connected at times. My baby was excited seeing the toy, but she and I both were confused as to why this didn't work as advertised. Frustrating, money's tight, so seems wasted here....

My 2 year old cat was bored and I was looking for something to have fun with her. she loves it. She randomly attacks it even when it isn’t running. Definitely get this !

Not worth it
By Gemma on Nov 15, 2020
You need to be no more that 2 feet away from mouse with remote for it to send signal, but it often would not go at all. The left-right buttons never worked. Total waste of money.

The mouse only stays charged for a few seconds. Such a waste of money

not really worth
By fureverllama on Sep 17, 2020
Stopped working after a few plays. The cats still play with it even though it doesn’t work. But it’s an expensive mouse toy. My husband - an engineer tried to get it to work again but just the parts are just poor quality and not worth it.

Gets caught up on anything and everything
By Stacey on Aug 18, 2020
I have hardwood floors and they are relatively smooth but this thing has serious trouble getting around. The signal from the handset seems to die pretty quickly too. The buttons on the handset are so noisy they distract my cat from the moving toy. When it’s going though, she loves chasing it.

Did not work at all!
By Alex on Oct 27, 2020
This toy did not work out of the box. Waste of money and time. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to charge and operate it. Completely defective and worthless. Do not purchase.

By Gray on Aug 14, 2020
This toy is amusing and fun it easily gets hairs caught in its wheels and has to be cleaned It does charge quickly and my cat is interested in watching it and eventually he does attack it My Hope was he would run after it but he is 3 and just waits for the mouse to come to him
