OK, but not particularly durable

My dog chewed on it a bit at first before he figured it out, which could have been a problem because the cover panels are made of particle board. He did get the hang of it so didn't do any permanent damage. But a less resourceful dog might just chew off the covers. The holes for the treats are a bit shallow.

Good for a small dog

I use this to give my dog his meals on a daily basis. He is an 11 lb pomeranian/ shih-zhu and if I put some kibble on top, not hidden, I can give him his entire meal at once. He did figure the game out fairly quickly, but not immediately, and now over a year later he still has fun with it. Be careful if you put any oil or moist treats in it though- the moisture and oil can seep into the wood. The compartments are not that deep and I would not get this for a large dog, but for a small dog the compartments are a good size for small treats. This was Lambo's first puzzle toy and we have moved on to harder ones, but he still loves getting his dinner in this puzzle.

Material is cheap

This puzzle barely lasted through one use. The material is basically like card board and all the moving pieces were getting stuck and not gliding correctly.

Disappointed

Picture and description are misleading. Material is cheap, It's particle board. Not only are the cups to small put the treat in, is WAY too small in depth.

Disappointed

Sammy started chewing on it pretty quickly. He was able to chew big pieces off of it. I had to take it way from him. I didn't think he should use it as a chew toy.

Too Easy for my puppy

I purchased this level one Seek and Treat toy for my 4 month old Golden Retriever puppy. She figured it out in less than 30 seconds. When she was 6 months old, I purchased a level two puzzle. She needed to do several steps in a certain order to uncover the treat. This toy took her about 2 minutes to figure out the first time. The second time I gave it to her, she had every treat out in less than a minute. I am disappointed because I had hoped it would entertain her (and me) for a longer period of time.....especially considering the price. I am looking for a dog owner with a less intelligent pup to give these puzzles to. Don't get me wrong....my pup is not super intelligent when it comes to other skills such as certain obedience commands!!!!

Not for chewers

I liked the ethical aspect of this but my dog chewed it up in a few days.
