These stairs do the job for the most part, but my 5 pound dachshund puppy keeps sliding it while trying to use it on the hard wood flooring. I may have to add something to the bottom to make it more stable.

Cheaply made very flimsy not really good for heavier pets and slides across the floor could not be very safe must be supervised when using it
useless for much of anything

This doesn't help my pet at all, because it's too short. It's only 14" when it's folded out. I'll be sending this back.
Broke on first day

It’s nice and foldable but not great when kids are around. Broke on the first day. Cheap plastic.

This item was a fail for my Yorkie. She won't go near the steps. Not sure if it is the plastic material...I thought about covering it with sheep skin. I think a ramp might have been better.
She likes it!

ZOEY has been having trouble jumping onto the platform for her food. Now she uses the stairs when she can't manage the jump.

Be careful. Not real sturdy, would not let a dog larger than 12#’s climb them

I bought the doggie stairs so my 16 yr old Shitzu could climb up on his audeman to sleep. Unfortunately these stairs are pretty slippery and he has fallen off the side a few times. Maybe they’re ok for small young dogs but not very safe for older dogs.
Not going to work for us

I bought these for my 6lb chihuahua to help him onto the couch. Unfortunately my living room has hardwood floors and the stairs move slightly when he tries to use them so he's too scared to use them.

I’ve got two dogs and they’re both scared to use it. The product isn’t as stable as it should be. By the second step, it started to wobble and my boys refused to go any further. Even when I tried putting one side against the bed and the end against the wall. I’ve got friends that also purchased one and their dogs and cat also won’t use it. Don’t waste your money on this one.
