Works Well

I bought this for my 16 year old cat to prevent her from going downstairs at night by herself. She has arthritis and does not maneuver steps too well. I am afraid she will fall down the steps at night while I'm sleeping. So, I bought this gate and put it in the hallway to prevent her from being able to get to the steps. It works well and also looks nice.

We have 3!

Other foldable gate have been horrid with pieces falling out and the gate falling apart with little use. This gate is sturdy enough to deter my 16 lb active mini schnauzer ! A larger bouncy dog could jump over but it has not be an issue here. I loved it enough to buy two more Now he cannot get into my closet while i sleep or run around the house taking shoes yo different rooms He still has s crate but sleeps in a dog bed at night. Very happy w these small heavy gates

Does the job

If you have small animals it does a good job of containing them. I bought it so the kittens I have could safely meet the rest of our crew. The slots are a good size so that everyone can sniff without putting paws through. The only downside is larger cats & larger dogs would be able to jump over it.

Wonderful purchase

I am very pleased with the puppy gates I recently ordered. They are durable and attractive and are perfect for keeping my pups from the carpeted bedrooms. The gates are heavier than the ones I have previously owned and don't fall over. My bulldogs are not jumpers, so they are tall enough to work well. I recommend them to others.
