Cute but poor execution

This thing is cute so I had to get it when I got a new kitten. My first impression was it was made weird, not poorly just designed kinda funky. It comes in a flat box and the whole thing zips together. I don’t know if it will settle with use but it seems to be laying wonky on its own. Also, the windows (ventilation) are small, so that seems to me they were much more focused on appearance over functionality. Oh and no removable insert or pad for the carrier. And the carrying strap kinda sucks. It is cute though! I will keep it and use it and hope it holds up.

Super cute, but flimsy

This bag is just as adorable in person as it looks online, however it does not hold our 17lb cat comfortably. The top and the bottom need some sort of structural reinforcement to keep the carrier from turning into a briefcase shape and squishing the passenger. Also, one side of the zipper broke during the second use and my cat got out (thank goodness we were still at home). I believe it is because of the structural issue, too much stress on that zipper joint.

This is the best carrier ever! Amazing quality! I just took my pet on an airplane for the first time and wow! Everyone stopped me in the airport and asked where I got this from-- I said "Chewy.com!" You guys are the best and have the most unique products! This carrier is perfect! Has mesh and even has options for carrying with a handle or long strap! I am obsessed with this!!!
