Would not repurchase
I only had this gate for a couple of days around my Christmas tree for decoration and to deter my cats from going near it and one of the hinges broke off. Poorly made.
Blocks but falls
This is not as sturdy as I would have hoped. It falls easily and the hinges have broken.
Cheap material
This is made of particle board broken when arrived. Don't waste money on this item.
Not too bad.
I got this gate and just discovered that it was broken-one of the pickets had broken off. Some of the paint was chipped as well. I called customer service and within 2 minutes, a new gate was on its way to me! The gate seems good-sturdy but cute, folds up into a small and thin size, so it’s super easy to store. It’s a good height to small dogs, and it’s just too cute.
Just what I was looking for
I needed a gate to keep my foster dog away from the Christmas tree because she kept pulling decorations off and chewing them. I didn't want it to look like a barricade or dog gate, and this was perfect - decorative and functional. I read all the reviews about it being broken upon arrival, but it was so perfect for my needs that I decided to give it a chance. Mine did arrive with one of the points broken off, but I glued it back on and touched up with white paint and it's not even visible. It looks nice and it keeps my foster dog away from the tree.
arrived just in time
I didn't order this with what I am using it for right now but the fence and my Christmas tree arrived at the same time and they fit together so well. The fence keeps my 4 month old puppy out of the tree and it looks great. I will get another one as soon as they are in stock, it is easy to set up fits where ever I want it and while it is not too heavy for me to move my pup can't push it out of her way.
Easy to use
User friendly, looks nice and neat instead of ugly tall gates. Perfect for my little dogs. Easy to step over. Other gates to tall to step over. Chewy has excellent customer service and always respond back in a quick fashion.
Damaged / broken fence posts
Was so excited to get this cute pet gate but upon opening the box two of the tops of the fence posts were broken off. I had to glue them on so I’m a bit frustrated because for the price it should have come I. Perfect condition
doesn’t work
I ordered 2 they both came damaged. Chewy was great and sent me two new ones. Gates look cute but my 3lb yorkiepoo puppy has not only learned to actually swing the gate door open but she can push the entire gate back. Wish the helped contain her to my kitchen but definitely don’t
Horrible quality- arrived broken in multiple places
This is a very cheaply made product. It is a fiberboard material and is very poorly made.
