The leather itself is soft but the clasp is not strong. With minimal tugging the clasp easily released while on a walk with my pup. This collar does not function well overall and I do not recommend buying it.

Very durable collar

Started using this collar right away for our terrier. It’s very durable and convenient with the quick release latch. It doesn’t seem to come undone randomly like most other quick releases. I highly recommend it!
