I would imagine this is a great treat for dogs, but it is not a hit for my cats. It is extremely hard and if you try to split it up it gets sharp edges. I wouldn't recommend it for cats - mine are unable to chew through them and I am giving them away to someone with a dog.

Ordered because these look like substantial pieces of salmon, but when they were delivered they were completely smashed into crumbs. There's maybe 5 pieces left and the rest will just be sprinkled on dog food.

I have been trying different types of treats or food toppers to mix into his food to get him to eat every day. I feed him twice a day but he only eats once a day, sometimes only every other day. This he loved and eats all of it & his food daily now. I am so happy to see him enjoy his food again.

Not happy about these. This is my third time purchasing this product. The first two bags were great. They weren’t gently dried. They were freeze dried and super hard and crunchy which my dogs love. These are softer and mushier and not contain pieces of skin as well. The other bags did not have this.

Bit expensive for the small amount of salmon but my dog loves it. I just break it up into smaller pieces. A real treat.

I have been purchasing this product for several years. It used to be nice long strips of salmon. This most recent purchase has tiny pieces and at least half the bag is just tiny pieces of skin, not the meat. Very disappointing!!!

The dogs love these. The cat is iffy but he’s a cat. Haha

I bought these for my Chinese Crested because she is on a strict limited ingredient diet but tossed a few to the cats just to see what would happen. The cats batted them around but eventually ate them so all paws approved in my house! I especially like that they are made in the USA and will keep them on my autoship.

I was very excited to order these for my cats but unfortunately they are super hard and my cats cannot eat them. I myself can barely break them into small pieces. I thought they might be soft, from the pictures but the bag we got is rock hard.

I have a fish fiend in the house and figured getting this would be perfect because she loves the crunch.....this was so hard to even try to snap into half a portion, which would equate to the size of my hand once I did, that I could NOT snap it. I managed a tiny piece from the corner and my cat licked it and tried biting it before spitting it out. Maybe dogs will have an easier time eating it. Now I have an item that I had to toss because I don't think the places I'd donate would care for opened goods.
