My picky eaters LOVE this food.
By Crzycat on Sep 6, 2020
I rotate foods constantly because they like a food for a couple of cans then look stunned that I bought a case! One of foods they have enjoyed all month.

Can't get anyone to eat it
By Lizz on Jan 23, 2020 Top 250 Contributor
I tried this because it was on sale. Unfortunately my 5 cats won't even touch it. I open a can when it first got here and not a single one of them would even lick it. So I waited till morning when they are all the most hungry. I had one cat take 2-3 licks but then walked away. No one else would even try. It doesn't have a fishy smell and the consistency is mushy and nice but something about it it Very off-putting to them.

Buster loves it!
By bootaz on Feb 17, 2020
Buster is a diabetic cat. So I have to be very careful as to what I can feed him. No grains or starchy foods. This meat contains rice, but it has not caused any problems with his glucose reading. And along with the chicken & turkey, he gets a varity of food each day.

ok food for my cats
By cats on Feb 14, 2020
This food was a good pate texture and the cats seemed to like it ok but when the cats had finished what they were willing to eat they had left behind quite a bit of rice. So I won't be purchasing again because I feel it has too much grain...

another favorite
By MPChicago on Feb 9, 2020 Top 1000 Contributor
i tried this brand for the first time, and it seems to really please our kitties palate. it is very soft and easy to eat for elderly kitties. some of the wet foods have clay like consistency and my kitties wont touch it. i already made a repeat purchase!

High Calorie Canned
By Tiffani on Feb 19, 2020
Both my cats love this and it's higher in calories than many other canned formulas out there, leading to have to feed less cans. Love this!

Eight happy cats - mostly
By DebG on May 22, 2019
I have 2 'senior' litter mates (13 years old), four 'millennial' litter mates (8 years old), their mom (9), and a hand-raised long-haired princess 4 years old. They will all eat food, which is good and bad since it's a little pricey, but the fact that the 'seniors' look forward to eating for the first time in a LONG time is worth the price. The food itself smells pretty strongly of fish (the salmon oil, I think), and the texture is pate surrounded by a decent amount of broth/juice/oil. I did receive once recent case that was a LOT more than 78% moisture, going by the amount of 'juice' surrounding the pate, but they all seemed to like it. I just felt that the nutrition had to be reduced. I just felt that the nutrition had to be reduced. Not sure what happened with their quality control on that case, but happily the next case was back to normal. I would prefer a formulation without garlic powder, but it is pretty low on the ingredient list. No one seems bothered by it, and the barfing has been reduced. … more

Felines can be so finicky! My cats like this food, at least for now. I add warm water for extra gravy.
