Was hoping these might be soft like Vitacrafts vanilla drops (which are now hard to find). My dog has had a few teeth removed. He couldn't chew these. I took them to the dog shelter where I volunteer and very few of the shelter dogs liked them too
It says "chewy texture". It definately is not. My dog has no teeth so I thought this will be good for him. You cant even break them apart. Very dissatisfied. I guess i have to give them away.
These are for dogs who can crunch/ chew their treats. I have a dog who has mega esophagus so she needs treats that melt in her mouth. With that, I took the treats to work, and all the walk-in dogs enjoy them.
The name was so misleading. The so called yogurt drops were so dry and hard with not a whiff of strawberry nor banana. My treat crazy little one just smelled it, looked at me as if to say “wth?” And left. She didn’t even attempt to lick it.
Our favorite Vitakraft Yogurt treats were temporarily out of stock so I tried these and not disappointed. In fact, when I did get our old favorite back, several times I put them out at the same time and Heidi always went for Smoochers Banana/Strawberry first!
Furbabies liked thesed treats, it just wasn't enough of them
My dog, Tibu, loves strawberries so I found these and we had to try them out. They smell absolutely amazing and Tibu loves them. They are a little bigger than I would normally use for training so I just break them in 3-4 pieces (plus then they last longer). I wouldn't say these are soft, but they aren't hard either. I actually didn't look at the reviews until I went back to reorder, and I'm surprised at how low the reviews were! This is absolutely a 5-star product for our family so I just wanted to share some love.
Not what I was actually looking for. I had to cut into 4 pieces so dog would not choke on it. Kinda like a lifesaver without the hole in the middle. Will keep looking for the right one.
Only rated 1 star because 2 of my dogs won't eat them at all, and the other isn't crazy about them. Probably won't reorder.
My dog is old and has lost several teeth so it's hard to find treats he'll eat. These are a bit big for him and he's not very interested in them.
