It says this is a powder meant to be mixed with water to make a paste but also says twice that it’s crafted into tasty fruit chunks that can be placed in foraging toys. Do you know how it should be served?

This Gliderade Nectar Treat has a powder consistency. It is recommended to mix with water at a 5:1 ratio (5 parts water to 1 part powder) to form a thick nectar. Offered as a treat, serving size will vary based on glider age and weight. It is recommended that treats do not exceed 20% of your pet's daily dietary intake.

3 out of 7 isn't bad
3 out of my 7 Gliders like it so that is a win for me since I struck out on all the other new foods tried with them. Will keep searching for more convenient way foods to feed them in case of emergencies and travel situations in the future. Thanks CHEWY for all the newer options you give for Sugar Gliders.
