This mix is hand blended, and consists of Long Strand Sphagnum Moss, Peat Moss, Coconut husk Chip, Coconut Husk Coir, Coarse Unbleached Calcium, and several types of vegetative matter as a food source.

Very pretty, substrate is airy and has a ton of woody bits for the rolly pollys to eat and live on, definently recommend :)

Yep that's good dirt.

Big ol' bag of mixed organic matter - I added a few things myself to get my isopods all set, but it was well mixed and exactly what I wanted.
