Started by a dedicated team of pet-loving individuals in Silicon Valley, KATRIS is run by creative craftsmen, thinkers and designers. Nearly all of the KATRIS team have been working with paper for most of their careers and are passionate about experimenting and building. As craftsmen, they learn by making and appreciate the process just as much as the final outcome. Every material used reveals its unique properties as it’s being worked with and the team discovered that paper can range from the texture of delicate laced fabrics to a sturdy piece of wood. Inspired by the founder’s cat, Ceo, the KATRIS team was influenced and inspired to make the best cat toys available. Ceo was able to help the team create products that can offer rich experiences and fun for a more fulfilling life. Reused, repurposed, or recycled, paper can be used to formulate amazing designs with endless possibilities.
