Sized too small
When I ordered they had a different photo where the jacket covered the dog. The current photo with the hind end unprotected is more accurate. It’s a decent seeming rain jacket but sizing was way off. It still fits on my dog, but doesn’t cover him well, especially his hind end and the hood Is completely useless. I ordered an XL and my dog was within all the numbers.
Great Product
Does a great job keeping my dog dry! It’s double layered so she doesn’t get wet even in torrential downpour. She’s a husky with thick fur and it keeps everything except her head/neck area dry because the hood doesn’t stay up, but I didn’t expect it to. So when we come back inside, I only have to spend a minute drying her head and neck quickly. Covers her whole back. She’s 55lbs and pretty long. The neck strap fits fine. The belly strap is way too loose on her but there’s enough Velcro that I can still secure it and just fold the extra piece.
Cute but not enough coverage
Super cute! Love how you can back it in the bag. Design is nice. Love the orange color. Issues - My guy is too long for it though. It only covers half his back. It also doesn't do much for his chest, legs, tummy, etc. The rain rolls down right onto his body.
Dog’s Measurements Included in Review
I purchased the XXL for my pit and it’s slightly large but still works perfectly. It fits well around his neck but the belly strap is a little long. However, I am able to Velcro where the proper fit is and tuck the excess back under the strap. When he wears a sweater underneath, it fits perfectly. Neck: 20” Chest: 29” Back: 21”
The cutest
Got the XL for my 40 pound bully mix and it is absolutely adorable although a little tight around the neck (expected though since she has a thick neck). Haven't had it for too long so can't speak to durability, but the material is good and it seems well made. Super happy.
Great rain coat!
I got the orange rain coat and it is super cute! Gets the job done. My Australian shepherd mix is 57 lbs and a little chunky; I got the x-large and it fits great. The velcro allows you to adjust to proper size.
Lightweight Raincoat!
I've been shopping around for a good raincoat for my pup and this seems to be perfect! I like the little zip pouch that it's got and it has adjustable velcro so I can fit a sweater underneath it for the colder months. Gracie is about 40lbs, a border collie mix and I ordered an XL. I'm sure a L would have fit her but I ordered up to fit something underneath! The green color is so cute too!
Runs small
I ordered the XL for my English Bulldog. I used the recommended measurement guide. The coat was so tight around her neck. I then ordered the XXL and that fit much better. I did notice that the XL did not have a loop hole for using a collar but the XXL did have one. Strange, as its advertised as having the hole. Photos added. Overall the look is so cute. Its NOT a noisy fabric.and is so soft and falls great on her body. Cant wait for a bit of rain to test it.
too small for my Pitbull.
Ordered the large for her cause she’s not too fat but it wouldn’t even Velcro around her neck gonna have to send it back and it’s too bad cause I love it and we woulda had matching coats I’m not sure if I would try xl might get the xxl
