    Diabetic Cat Loves Fancy Feast Classic

    I have a Diabetic cat that refused to eat any of the prescription foods that my Veterinarian wanted him to eat. His Diabetes was out of control. (He had also been on insulin for his condition and still is taking it.) My Vet suggested he might eat the Fancy Feast Classic PATE canned food. (He had also been on insulin for his condition and still is taking it.) My Vet suggested he might eat the Fancy Feast Classic PATE canned food. I bought a case of assorted PATE flavors and he ate the Fancy Feast wonderfully. He didn't need any coaxing from me. Several weeks later he is now doing great.     Can leak in pack

    I ordered four 24-can packs of Fancy Feast Classic in various flavors. While several of the cans in each pack were dented (I assume in the process of shipping), this pack had been dropped or rammed so hard that the seal had broken on one can. An oily mess was deposited on the breached can, several other I ordered four 24-can packs of Fancy Feast Classic in various flavors. While several of the cans in each pack were dented (I assume in the process of shipping), this pack had been dropped or rammed so hard that the seal had broken on one can. An oily mess was deposited on the breached can, several other cans surrounding it and on the cardboard separating the two layers of cans in the pack. What really bothers me is that all this leakage had completely dried out and the contents of the breached can were quite desiccated, indicating the pack had been sitting on the shelf like that for a long time before being selected to ship to me. … more
