Gravy Lovers Equals Happy Fur Kids
Any review of cat food is provisional because anyone who is "cat staff" knows that our feline "fur kids" are finicky eaters. The Purina Fancy Feast line is currently getting rave reviews from our cats. They just love the gravy....at the moment. The Fancy Feast line offers a great variety of flavors and textures and variety is sometimes the best answer.
It’s not what I think – –
My 17-year-old Maine coon mix experienced this brand when the chewy brand of Little tiger was out of stock. He just licks off the gravy regardless of the brand. He really likes lil’ grillers and chewy little tiger. I can tell because he eats some of those. Nonetheless, he knows what time he is supposed to get his wet food. He doesn’t really care about the brand just as long as he can lick the gravy and when he’s finished he can go outside for a while. Don’t depend on chewy to send you a timely ‘back-in-stock’ notice if Kitty’s favorite is temporarily unavailable—check ‘back’ often.
It arrived fast-and was what I ordered. I have not been able to get the Gravy Lovers at the grocery store except occasionally in tiny cans. Not expectable for an 83 year old handicapped person. Of course I pay more-but what the cats wasted makes up the difference. They have gotten particular. Thank you
Sometimes they eat the solids
They get all excited and Emma licks the inside of the can, but often they lick off the gravy and I am throwing away the solid food. This is my fault because I feed too many treats. My cats are all old and the vet told me to feed the one with bad kidneys anything she will eat, so I'm spoiling them all. Because you can't just give treats to the one.
Simply changed his taste for Fancy Feast
Salem has been fed Fancy Feast kitten food since we got him. Then when he is nine months old, we switched to Fancy Feast adult cat food gradually. But now he is a year old, he won't touch any of the Fancy Feast whether it be seafood, beef or poultry. Don't know if the ingredient or the cooking has changed, Salem refused to eat them.
Cats love this!
They gobble this down like it's candy. They love the beef too which was news to me. But they absolutely will not eat the turkey for some reason. I may have to give that case to my neighbors for her cats. Cats are just finicky. I can't return a case of turkey can I ? Just thought I'd ask
My Cats Love This!
My cats love this Gravy Lovers version of Fancy Feast Grilled Chicken in gravy. I’ve fed it to them for years, and they always lap it up. It has been hard to find lately. But I found it on Chewy and at a good price. My kitties were so happy!
I'm so glad I ordered from you. These days, some of my online shopping is a problem but Chewy had what I needed, at a fair price & my order was delivered pronto!
My senior feline male indoor cats enjoy eating this for lunch. I give them each a Tablespoon and they just devour it in no time! And it's not because the amount is small but because they like the tastiness of it because I used to mix it with dry food but only for a partial success. So, in the mircowave for anywhere between 10-12 seconds and then into a custard cup for eating. They enjoy the gravy and all. Thank you for offering such a product because it was discontinued somewhere else! So, I checked your site and decided to get it. I really appreciated the box it came in and what it said. I hope it always comes this way. Someone said they will stop carrying it because of the artificial flavors but my cats love it and I tend to buy what they like. They are not finicky but they like food that tastes good to them and I do not know this until I give it a try. I know they appreciated it because they eat it with an appetite!
My cat thought this was good enough to eat most of it from a plate over a period of a few hours. This is the standard I have to use for her. However, since Purina is probably discontinuing it, as they have so many of the others she has been eating every day for her 17 years of life, it hardly matters if she likes it or not.
